Tuneup went Well. Contractor was not in hurry. Has not reverted with recommendations for further work as he had agreed to do.

That was fine. He checked the others, that was all good, even the one he changed wasn't really that bad. The guy was polite, he did his job, and left.

A-OK Unit was found to have creaked Heat-Exchanger and I will have to deal with that.

I bought the deal for $49.00. Air Solutions never called me after I gave my information. I called them and scheduled service. I got up extra early and prepared the areas for the plumber to work. Air Solutions called and said the man was on his way. The guy shows up at my house and immediately says "there is a misunderstanding with Angie's List, I can't do any work. We only fix leaking faucets. You will have to call Angie's List and get a refund." He then turned and left. I'm less then happy. In the past I bought a garage repair deal from Angie's List and the guy cam in an old beat up truck and never fixed my door. That cost me $99. I'm done with ever buying a deal on here again. They are rip offs !!!

Appointment was set as "first thing" in the morning. I was called to let me know they would be there in about 30 minutes. An hour, or so later they arrived. I had purchased an Angie's List deal to have an outside faucet replaced. The only stipulation in the deal was that the piping had to be accessible. All of the piping is located under a sink directly behind the faucet. Upon arrival, the plumber determined that there would need to be piping changes made to replace the faucet that was leaking, which would be extra cost. He did say he could repair the vacuum breaker that was leaking without extra cost, but not the whole faucet. I went ahead and just had him fix the vacuum breaker since I did not want to pay more than was covered by the deal.

They handled the job well were efficient cleaned up and were on time

We will use them again. They do what they say they will do & do it when they say they will do it. They do it at a good price.

The promotion offered was to replace an outdoor faucet. Perfect, I thought. When the plumber first got to the house he immediately told me that if I wanted the faucet replaced he would have to tear into my brick wall but he would check it anyway. After a bit, he came to the door and said he was finished. He said I didn't need a new faucet that it just needed a washer. I believed him and didn't check it at the time because I needed to leave and he seemed to be in quite a hurry to leave. When I got home and checked it, it was behaving exactly as it had before he came to my house. I didn't get a new faucet and I the faucet still leaked! I felt like I had really been deceived. I think they had no intention of replacing any faucets! I sent a respectful message of my displeasure to the company through Angie's List. They did not respond within the messaging system but called and left a message that if my faucet didn't need replacing, they weren't going to replace it and they certainly weren't going to tear up the brick in order to replace it. I was not happy with my return call and not happy with the lack of service I received.

The man repaired the leak in my outdoor faucet. He arrived on time and was straight forward. He answered all my questions. I would call Air Solutions again.

When the technician first got to the house he immediately told me that if I wanted the faucet replaced he would have to tear into my wall. I felt like his speech was rehearsed, because then he immediately said that he could just replace the guts of the faucet and that would fix the leak. So i told him to replace the guts and leave it at that. I had him do some other work while he was here and when he gave me the bill, I assumed he would take the $49.00 off that I had already paid but he didn't. He said that the company doesn't make anything off what I paid to Angie'slist. I felt like I was deceived because the company got my $49.00 and I didn't get a new faucet like they had promoted. I senses that by the way his speech and his rebuttal when I brought it up, sounded like he had had this discussion many times before. I was fine with the quality of the work, I was not fine with the fact that i didn't get a new faucet and that I truly felt like it was a deceiving promotion.

It didn't seem much of a cleaning but I have no complaints. The worker was really nice. It was confusing what they were going to do.

After replacing a few of the minor parts, the service technicians came to the conclusion that either the leak was in the very back of the unit, or the whole unit needed to be replaced - which, they said, was not part of the purchased deal. Replacing the whole unit with the pipe would require cutting out a piece of sheet rock in one of the house's rooms, and then inserting a panel in its place. The customer believes this is a misdiagnosis, and the whole unit doesn't need to be replaced. Additionally, the technicians turned off water supply while customer was at home and then left for almost two hours (to buy parts and run errands) without informing the customer. Better communication is necessary.

It was an Angie's special that I used. They gave me good service. In the past I have had them do a preseason check up for the unit. I thought they did a pretty good job. The day that they tested the unit the conditions were such that they couldn't really touch the air conditioner. They simulated the condition without actually being able to test it. I think they should have waited to run the test on a different day, but they didn't. My interactions with them were fine. It was satisfactory work.

Everything seems to work okay so it's okay.

They were very prompt in getting to the house and making the diagnosis. the sales rep. was very helpful with financing and scheduling. Their installation crew was excellent and even went above and beyond by hauling off my old dishwasher that was out side. They showed me everything I needed to know. I am excessively pleased wit Air Solutins.

They were very professional and kept my house clean even coming in and out during rain. They converted my coils to take the new refrigerant and installed a new A/C unit outside. Work was completed faster than expected and they even improved some of the existing components that could have led to refrigerant leaking. Great job!

When I called for an appointment I advised the receptionist that anytime over the next 3 days, I received a call back a few hours later and was asked if they could come out today, that was a happy surprise. Johnny came out, was very professional and friendly, found the problem, got the A/C working again and mentioned the Club Membership plans available and that it would take care of this service AND my furnace being serviced come this fall and I took advantage of the offer for $199.00 which covers a lot more. I Highly recommend this company

I wasn't 100% satisfied. They took it all apart -- it's a gas fireplace. He took it all apart and cleaned it real good so that when we burned it didn't have an odor. But as a contractor he left me a big mess to clean up. After he picked up his tarp there was still a lot of stuff on the floor, then I had to go in there and clean up after him. I don't think that should have been that way. He did come back because I forgot how to light it. He hadn't gotten very far from the house so I called him and he came right back to show us how to light it. He probably wasn't here more than 15 minutes, actual work time. That's pretty steep for 15 minutes.

Price given was a bit higher than what you find at the home improvement store, but brand quality is higher, efficiency is top notch. Installation had a few hitches: no existing drain, exhaust vent not correctly installed. The service technician worked around the existing hurdles, and installed a drain pan connected to the bathtub drain, also repairing an incorrectly vented sewer pipe. All without adding an extra charge. Service was exceptionally professional, and when I had a question about the installation, was promptly contacted by the installer who answered all of my questions!

He was a very nice plumber who fought valiantly against a very uncooperative faucet. In the end, the faucet was repaired and stopped leaking.
