Description of Work: The company had someone come to my house and estimate the repairs. Even though the work could be performed within the 2 hours of labor included in the Big Deal, in their opinion, the VALUE, of those services exceeded the value of my coupon. I informed the company representative that I felt I purchased 2 hours of their labor. The representative informed the owner of my position, but the owner was unwilling to change his policy. Not only do I feel they weren't living up to the Big Deal they had offered, it was not a good sign on future dealings with the company. I use Angie's List to help me find solid companies I can trust and use them on an ongoing basis. Air Solutions just didn't seem like someone I could trust, so I cancelled their services.

Description of Work: The service provider showed up right on time and checked the first unit, then offered to check the second unit for a great deal since they are mounted together. He found both to be low on freon, and then he proceeded to refill them in the pouring rain! (I would have certainly understood if he wanted to postpone as it was a total downpour.) The units cool the house tremendously better, therefore they run a lot less often. Very impressed with their dedication and service.
