Description of Work: Stopped leaking outside faucet. Although were unable to fix it so it won't happen again because of what would need to be done to get to seating of the faucet they were able to make sure it wouldn't leak this winter.

Description of Work: Yearly check - fall & spring, our first time in a new to us home. I noticed that Mike was very neat; he cleaned the furnace diligently and kept his tools in check. He also used a camera to look at the furnace parts and told me what he was seeing and what it meant. He wore booties in the house. When he left, he already had us scheduled for the spring check.

Description of Work: The Air Solutions representative did not provide the services that we purchased. He told us that the logs needed to be replaced before he could perform the service (fireplace tune up, cleaning and inspection) .. He did not get back to us for a number of days, and when we did finally speak with him, the cost of replacing the logs was extremely expensive, and much more than we wanted to pay at this time .. When we called the company to ask for a refund of the $99.00 that we paid for the services that were never performed, we were told that we needed to contact Angies List ..

Description of Work: Their ad was deceiving. They knew that they would have to tear out an inside wall to perform this task but their ad said nothing about tearing out a wall. When the representative finally arrived after 3 cancellations, he was asked who would be responsible for the wall repair? He said that it would be at MY expense. I refused the service and am in the process of obtaining a refund.

Description of Work: Hired to fix outside faucet but said he couldn't, was to change out the sink faucet set in bathroom but had water everywhere and made excuses why couldn't fix but I had to call another workman who's not even licensed, and he fixed it without trouble. He was to fix the kitchen sink drain and disposal which I think is ok now but not sure. The man complained a lot that he should be charging more. Very unprofessional! Left me just kind of hanging sayin I would need to call city to shut off water instead of him shutting off at house. We never needed to contact the City!! I had accident and was in hospital so my sister was there the whole time in my behalf. I was actually disappointed that she paid him with his bad attitude.

Description of Work: The did 2 hours of cleaning on my gas fireplace. It had not worked for two years. They were able to fix it with the cleaning. The only complaint I had was I thought they would contact me for the appointment by phone and they did it through Angie's list, so I didn't know they tried to scheduled because I didn't know I had to check back on Angie's list. | |The technician was extremely professional, friendly, and did a great job. I would use them again.
