Description of Work: Originally called about the BIG Deal for the $49 Furnance inspection and tune-up and wanted to how much more if any would they charge me to install a new thermostat as well. They told me if I paid the full price for the tune-up they would include the thermostat install. My system is only 2yrs old so it was a pretty easy job, no repairs or service needed at all. I just wanted to make sure everything was working properly since I had just recently bought the house. |The tech was puntual, frendly and professional. No complaints!

Description of Work: They came to clean our fireplace but did not complete the job due to not having the proper equipment We scheduled a day and time for him to return but he didn't come. We had to call several times, then when he did come he set he equipment to blow out the soot instead or sucking in which got all over our carpet. He promptly left and never offered to clean it even after he assured us the office would call us to offer a discount
