Service performed as promised. They were fast and efficient.

Went great! They spent most of the morning reviving the decrepit system and provided a prompt estimate on a new one. But at least in the meantime, they got some life back into the unit so it was working to best of it's ability. I was very pleased. They only charged me for the standard "tune-up."

They came out just this week. We have like a yearly service that they come out and do services. We get reduced rates on plumbing, and other electrical type of work that they will do. I think my wife has known the owner well back when he was very small. I think that relationship has helped us in giving them our business. They have grown to the point where they have added new services. They've installed an new water heater and air conditioners.They put in new sinks, they've also done plumbing issues. So anyway, they do a wide range of things.They are tops in the heating and air. They have done a better than nice job on some of the plumbing issues they've done well.They done great on our hot water heater. They are very competitive with other companies. They're very responsive.

They are also highly rated on your site. Actually I did not have a close up experience, but the leak occurred over the Memorial Day weekend, and I didn't want 24 hour service, I just wanted to simply make contact, and say, hey come Tuesday I will need a plumber, it's not an emergency, but I wanted to make sure I got on somebody's list. So I called them on Monday morning, and they had a call service, you know, somebody that takes messages, they were very pleasant and polite, they didn't know if somebody was in the office yet or not, but they would give them the message. I explained that need to let me know they got the message and put me on the list or whatever. So I heard nothing all day, so I called later in the afternoon, they had no idea if anybody was in that office or not, they would take the message again, but they had not been told one thing or the other, and I said, well I thought they were 24/7, that's what their ad is, and they said, well, we don't know, nobody told them anything. So I said, okay, and I never heard from them. So that's not good. I did not get a response, but they do have an answering service. I never even got a call saying, oh hey sorry we missed you, so communication is bad somewhere. If you're going to advertise that your 24/7 somebody needs to answer the phone, or pick up the phone and return messages to customers so they know they've been heard, or they'll get on a list, or whatever, but to just not do it, that's not good.

The entire process couldn't have gone better. The price was more than reasonable, the techs showed up on time and the quality of their work was excellent. The installation included some extra steps that I'm sure weren't part of a standard install just because the tech wanted the work to be as professional as possible.

The guy met my husband at the house and just showed him an ipad with packages. He was not able to provide him with specifics around what he was going to do. He also told my husband it was impossible for him to remove the current heater we have now, and put a the tankless heater in the attic. He didnt even look at the connections to the current heater we had, he just gave us blanket price packages that started at 4k and ended a little above 8k. Some of the 8k items that they included in this 'premium' package where already items that the tankless water heater vendor supply - so its a rip off to anyone that does their research to knows anything about tankless water heaters. There were other things included in the package that were already covered by either the vendor or the tankless heater itself. Which did not make sense to change more for something that was already included. When I tried to contact the company to ask about these things, they ignored me. A week later, we were able to get a high quality tankless heater installed for 3k, that passed inspection and was moved to the attic with proper venting and freeze prevention.

Punctual and they did what they said they would do at the price quoted. They sent texts on who was coming and that they were on their way. Liked that.

Originally wanted to charge $78 for service call. Talked them into free estimate. When plumber arrived he showed me a $522 estimate on his Ipad. Very expensive for the job that all our other estimates were half that. Very courteous gentleman. However, for how high they are they should be.. Just my opinion But if your a homeowner on a budget. It would be wise to shop. If it's emergency and you need help today. You better have some money saved up to hire them.

They went above and beyond excellency to help us. We did not have any heat at all because our furnace was old and could not be repaired. They stayed in constant contact with us until we got our new unit installed. They genuinely cared and were very compassionate. We have used them numerous times before for smaller jobs, and they are always on time and dependable. Their standards are so extremely that their competitiom has their work cut out for them! We would not consider using anyone else. We are lifetime customers.

Tech took one look at it and said I need a new one. Did not perform any work and did not put the door back on and left a cover off and a cable out.

Tech arrived on time, Replaced filter, ran some tests on furnace, and used a camera to inspect combustion chamber and heat exchanger. Also did a carbon monoxide test and checked the temperature of the heated air coming out of the ducts. He was polite and professional all the way. The company I purchased this system from is out of business, so I may use Air Solutions for my future heating and cooling needs.

Great! The servicemen are great & the ladies in the office are very good about keeping you updated as to when the servicemen will arrive.

It went great. Better than I expected. The technician was very courteous and answered all my questions. I was really impressed on how thorough he was and his skill and knowledge level. I was very confident in his recommendations. From the receptionist on down they seem to be top notch! This is a great company!
