Description of Work: They were hired to remove and replace an outside spigot that was old and leaking and do a pluming inspection. I was at work but my wife was there. This was supposed to be a $250 value for the NEW spigot. I came home from work to find out that he had opened up the faucet and replaced some washers and repacked the old spigot. He never even went under the house so no inspection was done. When I call to complain about it I got the owner and he apologized and said they woul come back and do it rite. I said ok but I did not want the same service man that did the shoddy work before to do it. He agreed but sent the same guy anyway. The spigot works fine but I would not call them again.

Description of Work: The techs came out and replaced an old, leaky hose faucet on the outside of the house. They had trouble s******* the water off and let me know they called the City because they didn't want to break anything. I was very pleased that they took the initiative - they ended up seeing a City truck on their way out of the neighborhood, flagged then down and got it taken care of the same day. I'd definitely recommend them!
