Description of Work: I can't recall the actual price I paid thru Angie's to get my furnace looked at, and date given is also approximate. But I was having heating problems. I was told I needed new parts and given an estimate for about $7-800! I then called AIRCO for a 2nd opinion and they repaired my system for about 10-15% of the estimate A.S. gave me.

My system was low on Freon and the tech explained how much I needed, as well as what the total price was going to be before he completed the job... Gave me the opportunity to proceed or not rather than just fill the system and hand me a bill. I greatly appreciated the opporunity to decide.

Description of Work: I came home from work and my A/C had stopped working. They responded very quickly and repaired my a/c quickly and for a very reasonable cost. The service tech was very informative and we knew exactly what he did and why. We also had them come a few days later to give us an estimate on a new system. We got lots of good information without any pressure to purhase a system from them. Will definitely use again!

Description of Work: I needed routine service on my air conditioner. They were fantastic. not only cleaned it from the outside, but opened the unit up and cleaned the coils from the inside. I will definitely use these guys again.

Description of Work: The technician was very competent and very patient. He spent time explaining my options to me in detail in language I could understand. He did this better than anyone I had worked with before. He also did not make me feel pressured to replace the parts he recommended. He did explain to me the risk I would be assuming if I did not replace the parts. My only issue was the price for the parts seemed high to me, but I really did not have solid evidence that they were high.

Description of Work: Service tech arrived on time, put shoe covers over shoes before entering house---how nice since my carpets had been cleaned recently. He did a thorough job cleaning outside unit. He also pointed out some problems to be aware of in the future. There was never any pressure to purchase new parts.
