Frankie could not seem to make appointments and promised calls where not returned He did however leave a quote in the mail box. Last time I called he said he was about 15 minutes from his house and he had the quote there and would call back. NEVER CALLED🤬So I hired a another contractor and have scheduled the work and price was about the same as what Frankie had quoted. It really bugs me when people can’t be punctual on time. Makes me wonder if I had hired Perez when would the work ever get done

We would highly recommend Perez Professional Guttering. Our recently purchased home had never had guttering, and Perez Guttering did a fantastic job. Quick, very efficient and completely professional. The color was a near-perfect match to our existing trim color.

Everything was great, price, installation and professional. I was given an estimate in a timely manner. My only complaint is that it was almost 4 weeks before the work was done. When I was given the estimate I was told that it would be about 1 1/2 weeks. That aside, I highly recommend Perez guttering for your guttering job.

Mr. Perez and his son could not have been better. They were friendly, communicative at all stages, fast and inexpensive. The crew worked quickly and completely cleaned up before they left. All of this at the lowest price that I had been quoted (and I shopped around). Terrific service all around.

He came out the same day we called and gave us an estimate. He was unable to come the day he said to do the work, but called early in the morning and came the next day and did the work He returned in a few days to make sure the work was done properly. I would recommend him to others

Punctual, Affordable, Friendly and Tidy. Just a few words that come to mind to describe Frankie Perez (and son). After reading reviews for Perez Professional Guttering and others on AL, I decided to hire Frankie - so glad I did! I needed gutters installed around my 2-story home (4 years old - last owners didn't want to pay builder for them). Frankie and I exchanged a few text messages to coordinate our schedules. He came and provided an estimate (with tiered pricing/options). He explained why / why not to add gutters to some areas (explained the pitch of the roof, rain run off, etc.) - my point, he could have easily installed more gutters than needed, but was transparent about why not to do so. In all, if you're looking to hire a local, family-owned, reliable company to handle your gutter needs, Frankie (Perez Professional Guttering) is the company to call!

How does one describe the perfect Guttering Job. Well it was just perfect. From the minute I called explained what I needed we set a date for a estimate (my 2nd one). "Frank" explained exactly what I needed and when and how they would put it up. He even explained he was right in the middle of a big job in Oklahoma City but as soon as he was done he'd call. I received the written estimate picked out the colors and hired him on the spot. Well much to my surprise the hottest day of the year so far in Muldrow and on a Sunday Frank calls and tells me he would like to put up my gutters. WHAT???? On a Sunday hotter then you know what outside Frank his son and helper started to go at rapid speed to get my guttesr up. I left the water running outside so they could hose themselves down. He even put my escape dogs back in the house with a chair against the door. I was working in the utility room and never even heard them get out. After the job was complete he accepted his payment. Also gave me 2 cans of spray paint (just incase the "escape dog" started chewing the gutters. Great work!!! Great people to work with!!!! And a follow up call after the first big rain. 5 STAR RATING... thank you Mr Perez.

I found Frankie Perez on Angie's list. I nearly always go with the highest rated on Angie's list and Frankie was it. Frankie works with his son Chris. They are both very friendly and easy to speak with. We had some bad weather delays but Frankie made sure he called and there was no stress and the storm system that hit Mayflower and Vilonia, Arkansas is what delayed him. They showed up when they said they would. Frankie surveyed the buildings and what he suggested made complete sense to me and my wife so we turned them loose. In about six hours they were finished.The gutters looked much better than I anticipated so my wife was happy and that means everyone was happy. They were able to handle some very long runs of guttering, 40 feet plus in some cases and get them hung 25 feet or higher on one building. They cleaned up afterward and I had no problem paying him as we were very happy. One small glitch which actually confirms what I have already said, one downspout was conflicting with a security light I have that I did not notice until a day or so later. I called Frankie, told him what the problem was, he was back out here as soon as he could get here and took care of it in about 30 minutes. He had to drive a very long way to get here and I'm not sure I would have been so cheerful if I were him. Since we had the gutters installed we have had a large rain event where we received three inches of rain in six hours. My flooding problem has been reduced by 80%. The rest of it will be me correcting the drainage in the driveway. Call Perz gutters, don't give him a hard time on the price because YOU WILL get your money's worth. Jason was very helpful and brought out guttering samples to check the colors I wanted to use for painting the exterior of my home. On the day the gutters were installed, Jason recommended a different color other than what I thought would match the paint. So glad he did! He was spot on in recommending the different color. It matches so well that I didn't even notice the new gutters when I first came home. They look great!

They did a great job! They arrived when they said they would, keep us informed of each step as the job progressed, and actually did better then any previous gutter installation company that we had used in the past. Very pleased with the quality of the work that they did.

At the request of Big Sky Roofing, Perez Professional Guttering came to my house and provided an estimate for gutter work. Feeling it was a fair price, I told them to do the repairs and we made an appointment. When they returned, Frankie and his son Chris were easy to work with and did a professional job. For example, I noticed that there was one gutter that I failed to ask them to include in the replacement of the screens. Although they were almost done and the dinner hour was upon us, Frankie said "no problem." They did not have the additional screens on their truck, however. Frankie called the supplier who was about to close and the supplier left the screens on his doorstep. (Obviously, Perez Guttering has a good relationship with their supplier.) Frankie and Chris retrieved the additional screens and finished the job shortly after. They finished the job by checking the grounds for any debris. Everything was done well and they were a pleasure to do business with. Needless to say, I was impressed with their strong work ethic and professional manner. (I should also mention that they also did some minor downspout repair without charge when I asked them about a drainage problem I was having with the downspout.) I would certainly use Perez Professional Guttering again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Frankie and Chris did a great job. They were obviously very experienced at installing seamless guttering. They worked into the night until it was too dark to work anymore, then came back the next morning to finish up. They were both very professional and polite to me, answering all my questions and even showing me how they fabricate the seamless gutters. I hope I won't need their services again anytime soon, but if I do, I would definitely hire them again.

Called him on a Monday and he came out that Saturday and did all my gutters. Pricing was great, workmanship is fantastic and professionalism is TOP NOTCH....GREAT Job! By far the best gutter guy in OKC! His business is by RECOMMENDATIONS ONLY and I HIGHLY recommend him.
