The buying and installation went very well. The whole thing was completed from my kitchen table, including signing of the finance papers. The techs were very polite and clean up after themselves. The only problem I have with them is that there has been very little follow up. No one has come to check on function of system since installation and it has been difficult to schedule routine service due to the only times we have available do not correspond to there regular service hours, apparently, they don't do weekends as routine service.

Description of Work: It was a simple problem where my attic unit drain plugs up over the winter from lack of water flow. He just hooked up an air supply and blew out the junk clogging the line.

They do A number one work.
Description of Work: They pull preventive maintenance every 6 months. They service the air in the spring and the heating in the autumn. They also do installation, duct work, retrofit, and they obviously installed the air-conditioning and heating.
