When I first took my laptop into the store they informed that it would be the cost of the screen plus $45.00 to put the screen on. I had to pay for the screen before the store would order it. After I took them in $125.00 plus tax for the screen they ordered in from a dealer. Two weeks later I called the find out about the progress on getting my laptop back. They then informed me that a screen had come in that day but, the screen came in damaged. They told me that they had to get a hold of the dealer to file a claim for a replacement screen for the replacement. Three days later when they still only had the broken replacement screen I told them that the dealer should be reponsible for paying for overnight mail. They told me that I would have to pay the additional $30.00 for overnight mail. The business was finally able to send the broken screen back and, get a second one which also came in broken. So they decided to go with a different dealer for the screen. This cost me another $25.00. A week later the third screen came in on a friday. I was told I would have my laptop back on Saturday. I called the business on Saturday to find out when I could pick up my laptop. They then informed me that a wire was damaged and needed to be replaced. They ordered the wire on Saturday and I was finally able to pick up my laptop on Wednesday 5 weeks after I dropped it off. They charged me another $135.00 to get my laptop back. I was told that this was for work $90.00 for putting the screen on and $28.00 for the wire that they broke plus shipping on the wire and taxes on the total sale. When the repair guy brought my laptop out to me he brought out just the laptop and the cords. They had given my laptop bag and wireless microsoft mouse away to a different customer. It took them another week and a half to locate my bag and mouse. Then three weeks after I got my laptop back the screen star-bursted, like a windshield while in the bag and not being used. Even though there is a 120 day warranty on the screen they, will not honor it.
