Jim Williams performed poorly. He also does work under the name 'Home Owners Club Of America.' I hired Jim Williams to be a General Contractor and hire and supervise repair crews working on our mobile homes. Jim performed very well for the first job (adding the handicap ramp to a home); but his services went downhill from there. The front door was not properly repaired (the repairman he hired was incompetent and, despite repeated requests, Jim was unable to find another repairman to complete this simple job). Jim seemed to have done a better job supervising the other crew that replaced the roof on the other house, however after the new residents moved-in, we discovered the roofing crew had crushed-down and damaged a vent that came up through the new roof from the kitchen. On a third job, Jim lied and told us he had had our well house insulated; instead he left the job unfinished. Jim stopped returning calls and did not make any of the jobs right despite our prompt payment for his work overseeing the first job. He never go around to the home inspection and photography work despite repeated requests.
