They were great. On time and the husband and wife team worked well together. Much knowledge is with these people and they care about doing a wonderful job. Oh how I like people who take pride in their work.
Description of Work: Remove an outdoor plug that was struck by a mower. I also needed LED lighting installed in kitchen and the old non functioning fluorescent fixtures removed

They called to tell me what was wrong, but it wasn't the initial reason I called them to repair, and I approved repair of two fans. They replaced about seven or eight fans instead of just the two. When I told her that I approved two, she said "sorry for the misinterpretation." Then she called a couple of days after sending me the bill to see if I received the bill. Never asked if I thought the service was good or if the repaired items worked. Then within two weeks, she called again to "see when I can expect payment." Again, it was all within less than 30 days and was way overpriced.
Description of Work: Replaced boxes for ceiling fans, replaced plug in bathroom, ran new outlet for microwave.
