Description of Work: Shane and Jessica have the worst customer service. We used them for our plumbing in a new construction home. We were continually put on the "back burner" starting with the rough in plumbing under the slab to the rough in plumbing in the walls. Construction on our home was delayed 5 weeks because Jessica would set up a date and the plumbers wouldn't show and nobody would call. Each time they didn't show I called and another date was set. In all, S and J did not show up 3 times before they actually did. In addition, the rough in plumbing for our showers are backwards. The valve in the wall behind the tile, which controls the temperature of the water is backwards. So we now have a choice of great water pressure and cold water or awful pressure and hot water. Speaking of showers, we were set to have three walk in, curb less showers. One of my showers has a curb and I had to call a different plumber to correct the horrible under (through) the slab plumbing on another. The drain for my jacuzzi tub was also not placed correctly and S and J refused to fix it. I had to hire someone with a jack hammer to find the drain and repair the concrete. I strongly suggest against using S&J plumbing for new home construction.

+ -1 moreWhat I reported was that my hot water tank was leaking. Because they could not get to me until late in the day the technician brought a new tank with him just in case that was what was needed. Otherwise he would have had to go back to the shop to get it.
Description of Work: Replacement of hot water tank.

+ -1 moreThey are awesome. They fix everything that we break. They come out quick, and they are great at their work. With regards to the price, they are not high and they are not low either, so they are medium. I would continue to use them again.
