+ -1 moreIt was a very good experience. The technician showed up and fixed the leaked and was done ...no mess left noo problems at all.
Description of Work: I had Harris heat and Air come out to fix some problems that had occured when another HVAC company had worked on my system and did not fix it. Harris was out the next day and repaired the leak that the previous company had caused.

+ -1 moreWe never seen them again. We called and asked about the service technician coming out. She said she would call him. We called back and she told us they had to order a part from Palmer's Supply. Another week went by and we called again, same thing....another week went by and no one called or showed up. So we called another Company.
Description of Work: I called Harris Heat and Air and told them of my problem with a mini split system.....they came out either the same day or the next day. They looked at the a/c and said they would need to order a fitting to add freon in the system.
