 + -1 moreThis is a rental home and the carpet was very, very dirty. I requested an evaluation of the carpet before deciding on cleaning it. After being assured the carpet was a good quality carpet and could be cleaned, I opted to go with the cleaning. I was also pleased when the quoted price was discounted 20% because no furniture was in the house. Initially, the entire carpet was pre-treated and the following day, the carpet was cleaned. While it was 100% better than it was the day before, I was a little disappointed and thought I would still need to replace the carpet. I contacted the company and even offered to pay the initial agreed upon price to have it cleaned again. The staff at Executive Carpet said absolutely not and said they would clean it again at no additional cost. As I said, this carpet was very dirty and I had little hope it could be cleaned. I was wrong. It did take two times because it was so dirty, but the final results were great and I was very pleased. I will use Executive for all my cleaning needs now. As an aside, I inquired about duct cleaning and while they surely could have made additional money from me, after an inspection of the ducts, they did not recommend cleaning them at this time. I found their honesty refreshing. I would highly recommend Executive Carpet Cleaning. They do a great job and their customer service is second to none!

Description of Work: They came in and cleaned the carpet in a empty apartment. I have had them do this every month for almost 2 years. They have cleaned furnished apartments and unfurnished apartments.
