They did a fine job. They met my expectations, but didn't exceed them. I just felt like they were fine. Would I use them again? Probably not. It's hard to say. I would say that they were a little slow and limited in what they could do. Because I bought a package deal through Angie's list, it was a flat fee and I got eight hours or six hours or something like that, with the special. The price was reasonable. They were kind of mediocre.

Excellent... came by before hand and discussed what would be done. Selected a date to show up and the guys came by and did the work. Piled the wood up in a pile when done.

Very pleased. They showed up on time, did what they were asked to do and removed the debris.

Never responded to purchase of deal.

Called Matt Kearns with Tree Solutions and he came out and did a quick estimate to remove a large Fruitless Mulberry tree from my backyard that was overhanging my neighbor's house. I had already cut up a few of the limbs off the tree but he gave me a good price for the rest of the removal and stump grind. Matt was very courteous and his team worked fast and professional to remove the tree. They had to come back and stump grind the very next day because of a scheduling issue but they came back and finished the job. They were awesome, would definitely recommend these guys again to anyone needing a tree cut down. Very trustworthy company.

It went very well? A limb hit my guttering and Matt had it fixed by Tuesday the very next week....3 days after it was damaged? Matt came by the next day to make sure they did a good job and that I was satisfied. He is a very respectable person and I have recommended Matt to 3 of my neighbors? Good man and a good company!

Just visited the lot and the cedars are gone, the majority of the debris has been cleared -- the lot is ready for the builder's site prep. What set Matt apart for us: (1) He responded quickly to our inquiry. (Our other choice was late in responding, and then just stopped communicating.) (2) He met us as agreed to get the estimate, and then communicated consistently throughout the job. REALLY appreciated that. (3) He was able to make our ridiculous deadline. (We'd thought the builder was going to handle the trees, and at the last minute, discovered that there were some obstacles to that.) Matt explained how he manages his jobs to allow for the possibility of "urgent" jobs when he can. Again, we really appreciated that. (4) The job was done as agreed, when agreed, and was done well. (5) The price was fair. Not the least expensive nor the most expensive -- given the job that he did, we think it was the best VALUE. (6) Bonus: Matt spotted a 6' hardwood tree that was surviving inside one of the cedar clumps, which we decided to save. His guys worked around it, no damage, and it is really a nice little tree, so our lot is not completely bare now :). Complaints? Hard to come up with any. I guess I would have liked for the guys not to leave their empty drink cups or cans behind -- only a couple, and easily picked up. Or maybe it wasn't even them, but they looked pretty new :). Seriously, I would hire Matt and his crew again in a heartbeat. Thank you, Matt, for everything!! I hope the rest of this building project goes as smoothly!

They did a fantastic job! There were courteous, careful, punctual, and friendly. I would use them again and recommend their services. I received phone calls to schedule the work and afterwards to assure I was pleased with what they had done. It was a very good experience.

Best overall service I could ask for!

Matt contacted me right away after we purchased the Angie's List Big Deal ($199 for $400 credit toward tree service). He came out, did a walk through, gave me an estimate for what I asked to be done, and set a date with me for the job. Matt and his team showed up on time, and performed the agreed upon work, at the agreed price, without a hitch. These guys are professionals - the ones to call for your tree service needs.

Great & friendly group of guys. Very helpful and fairly quick turnaround from first call to trimmed tree! They even trimmed larger branches into firewood for us. Will call again if needed in the future.

Was very pleased with Matt & Crew. They did a very professional job & clean up. I would use them again without hesitation. They were all business and were in and out with the min amount of time. The one tree spread into 4 yards so they had to be very careful of each fence line and two houses. Was not an issue at all, all while working around a Gas Meter :-)

Matt, was very responsive and did everything he could to get us scheduled right away even though he was flooded with business from the storm. They did an excellent job on getting the work done quickly and efficiently. Matt was great to work with. They even cut up all the large pieces off fallen branches into sizes I could keep and use for my fireplace which was really nice of them to do. They cleaned up the whole area really well and took everything to the curb to be picked up by the city. I cant stress enough how pleased my wife and I were with the service provided. I would highly recommend to anyone!

Matt and his crew are totally awesome!! They show up on time and do what they say and are great hard working guys with a lot of integrity. They don't leave a mess and treat your property like their own. I called several companies and Tree Solutions was the only one I was impressed by. I have used them on multiple properties I own and refer all my real estate clients to them. I would rate them a A++++++ and they are the only Tree Company I will use.

I think this company is one of the best on Angie's list. Matt, David and Chas were the most professional people I have had the pleasure of working with. I had a gigantic multi-trunk oak tree that split and fell on my property. The stump was over 5 feet in diameter. They cut down the remaining sections of the tree. Cleared the property of all debris and removed the stump entirely. I cannot express my admiration for these gentlemen. I would rate then A+++++ .
