+ -1 moreThey did a new install on my house. Was very responsive at first when the ac unit for my bedroom wasn't cooling down. Replaced several components. After several attempts they decided to ignore requests since they were not willing to look at other issues like bad installation work. Our bedroom takes 2 hours to cool down 2 degrees. I spent 25k to have them install a heat and air system in a million dollar home and it cools down like it was built in 1980. Upstairs unit doesn't cool every room. Poor install

+ -1 moreWithout a doubt, I will not use anybody else for my heating and air needs.. The crew from Redus did there job in a timely and professional manner.
Description of Work: We choose to use Redus Heat and Air to replace our old heat and air.

Description of Work: Cleaned A/C unit, recharged the Freon to get cooling differential where it should be, changed A?C filters.

Description of Work: the technician and a helper showed up within 30 minutes when I reported that my a/c was not working. They cleaned the unit and replaced a diode. At my request they installed a new digital thermostat.
