Kevin from Mr Appliance of Yukon repaired our glass cook top stove that was not regulating temperature properly on two of our dual burners. He diagnosed the problem as being bad switches and he was correct. The two defective switches were replaced and all is good now. Kevin was very personable and professional. I highly recommend Mr Appliance and Angi who found Mr Appliance for us.

They contacted me within an hour of my request, worked around my schedule for the estimate as well as the completion of the repair to my washer. Their messaging system was great and allowed me time to be prepared when they arrived. Although my Maytag washer may not be the best appliance I've ever purchased, I know that I have a company I can trust to make any repairs and adjustments I may need in the future. I would highly recommend them and will use again in the future, should the need arise.

William was prompt and courteous. I appreciate his honesty as well. He explained what was wrong and much the cost would be to repair our dishwasher. Unfortunately I can buy a new one for the cost to repair this one. Instead of nickel and diming us a little bit at a time as some repair people have done in the past he was honest and told us up front that it was not worth repairing, even though itâ s only 5 years old.

They were able to come the same day I called. The repairman was very polite and courteous.
