 + -1 moreHe came the same day that I called. He was there when he said that he would be. He definitely went above and beyond. He fixed her thermostat, inspected her furnace, and checked her heater in the bathroom. He did all of this while my mother was at work and her two little dogs were at home. He would call me to let me know things or to ask questions and I would call my mom at work and call him back and he never got frustrated with me. He also let me pay him with the credit card over the phone. He was kind, patient, and fair. He did a great job at a fair price. I would definitely use him again and highly recommend him!
Description of Work: He put in a new thermostat for the floor furnace. He also went under the house and inspected the furnace. And looked at her bathroom furnace to see if it could be hooked up.

Description of Work: I had a control board out on my heater on Saturday evening I called them at 10pm a live person answered the phone and took my information they sent a tech to my home within a hour. they had the part on the truck and had me up and going that night. I can't say thank you to them enough for the prompt service and respectable tech.

 + -1 moreMy a/c has not been working very well since I had the ducts repaired. He responded to my phone on a Friday night. He was on a call that took him 3 hours. He called me at 11 pm and asked if I still wanted him to come out. I said yes. He came out and went through my system. He quality controlled the company who cleaned and fixed my ducts. He told me I need to get my money back. He is very professional and you can tell he cares about his work. His apprentice Willie is great! He is going to give me a quote for putting ducts in my ceiling. He was here until 1 am. Two days later and my A/C is still working! I would use them again! Emergency call was around $145 or so.
Description of Work: Fixed my air conditioner.

 + -1 moreInstall went well and they cleaned up my home very nice. They swept my whole garage not just their mess very nice people.
Description of Work: I had Airtime out to my home to give a second opinion on my heater which another contractor said was unsafe to operate. Airtime came out and checked out the furnace which the other company said had a cracked heat exchanger. The furnace was not cracked, but was 20 years old so for energy savings I decided to replace the whole system. Airtime was very professional and there technicians were nicely dressed and polite. Not a couple of crack heads like the other company sent to my home. They gave me several price and equiptment options and were not pushy at all. I told them to do the install and they did it the same day WOW it was awesome! The new system works wonderful and is so quiet I could take a nap by it. I really would recommend Airtime Heat & Air to anyone that wants quality work at a fair price.
