Previous times they came out I didn't have issues but they have not been friendly either, today though was awful. I was treated as if I was not worth their time, talked down to, & cussed at by a man who turns out is one of the owners. You should not talk to anyone that way, let alone a customer. Very disappointed...

He wants to pick and choose which work he takes...only wants to do new construction...didn't want to get dirty in that old crawl space...I feel like he judged me by my appearance. ..we were in the process of moving and addressing some plumbing and electrical issues...house had been empty for awhile and needed T.L.C....I had dirty work clothes on and was unmanicured ...he probably felt like I didn't have money to pay...he told me $7000 I told him I'd give him $10000....and do all the asthetic carpentry once he was finished to cover up retrofit. ..there is currently a local oil boom going on which has caused a housing boom in the area..he said....and quot; I don't have he man power...it's too big a job...and quot; I said....and quot;then shoot me a big priceand quot;.. if I was in a businesses where $7000 was too big a job...I think I'd fiND something else to do...his nose was turned up the second he pulled up..we bought the old house in as is fixer upper condition..plumbing electrical and hvac were my top priority first...then cosmetic repair...the house was originally built by the first banker in town in 1896 ....then later owned by the first doctor in town...lots of potential. ..it was definitely a mansion for its era... my wife instantly fell in love with the place...lots of old world charm...hand carved wood trim...stained glass windows beautiful hard wood floors we bought the old house cuz we loved it...not cuz it's all we could afford..

Quick response to call, came on a weekend and was super cheerful and helpful.

They provided the service and equipment I asked for. They do quality work and are responsive to the need and the timeframe.

Near the installation date of new equipment, Contractor sent his wife to home to collect 50% of cost before commencing with job. I replied that I would pay as requested when I was provided a and quot;Certificate of Insuranceand quot; by contractor. As a former business owner of National Franchise retail company and husband former ownership of Heating and a/c Company in Oklahoma City metro, it is very important that viable companies provide their own Liability INS as well as their own Worker's Comp INS on their employees before working on Business or Home properties. After waiting several weeks, this Contractor called me and said and quot;I don't have time to install the new equipment!and quot; He advertises in local paper of his License qualifications which is great, but he won't provide proof of Insurance for his, and my protection. Beware! Most homeowners DO NOT ask for proof of Insurance and this is why Roofing, carpenter and other fly by night contractor nightmares occur.

Very satisfied. He was prompt and did a thorough job. Cleaned unit and filled freon.

Someone else came out and did the work. I would never ever use this company!! I am appalled that they would be so 'offended' tha a customer was polite enough to let them know when they would be available to let them in thehouse, Ecspecially with the cost of gas (and since NO appt time was set for Monday)!!

Once we got our electricity fixed we realized that we had to replace our entire heating and cooling system for our very large home that once was a hospital. We started from scratch and we got two new 3 ton units put on our roof and then we had all new duct work installed. Their cost was far lower than anyone else. There was one other company that had a lower cost but they wanted us to do half of the work ourselves, so it wasn't a bargain. I would recommend them to others and we will continue to use them in the future.
