Description of Work: Competitors offered a larger shelter for a much lower cost. After checking their hours and website, we drove an hour to their showroom in south OKC and nobody was there at 2:00 PM during normal business hours. No sign was on the door stating they had different hours. This was a Friday 12/28/12, the Friday two days after Christmas...looks like nobody wanted to show up to work. After one wasted trip and two unanswered calls, we gave them another try, calling to confirm they were open. The salesperson would not price match the competitor and was very unhelpful. They were wanting 200 more for a shorter shelter and they required cash to get it down to this price, what a joke. I don't contest their manufacturing team and installation team are highly recommended but the lack of service from the sales/support team causes this company to fail. Lack of interest in earning my business definitely loses my desire to spend my money and support this company. I work in the service industry and don't tolerate these types of business practices.

Description of Work: Installed a tornado storm shelter. Had to wait a few months to schedule the installation. They had quite a backlog of installations to do, but worth the wait. They arrived on time and were very professional.

Description of Work: Did a very nice job installing my shelter. I compared their shelter with other companies at a spring lawn and garden show and liked the construction of their units over others I have seen. The two man crew installing was great to work with. Very satisfied with my shelter. One suggestion is a different phone line for callback from their sales line. Very challenging to get a hold of for questions.
