Original system was repairable, and they could get parts, but couldn't say if other parts might not be viable. After getting 3 additional estimates from other companies, we chose to replace and upgrade our HVAC unit with Country Comfort.

Great work. always lets me know in advance what the problem is and the cost. Once they even showed me how to make the air work until I could save the money to prepare it. Great People

We have got two systems, and they are fairly expensive. But it’s the best thing in keeping them maintained so that they run for a long time. We bought the system from them years ago. They were very thorough in their analysis of what we needed. They did a really good job explaining to us. It ended up being a $17000 investment. They have this technology called Clean Effect, which takes care of a lot of allergens, which is important because we have a daughter who struggles with that. I liked the quality of the product and the way they handled the bidding process. It is a family run business. As a matter of fact, we have become friends with them now. They have got a good crew. I have referred them to other people. I have a friend who did not have a good experience with another heating and air conditioning place, and Country Comfort came out pretty much for free to give their take on something. They didn’t charge her anything for that. They are just very reputable. They are very professional and just really good people.

They were very prompt...and they came exactly when they said they would., no waiting around. Considering the recent 100+ temperatures and a broken AC unit and this was very appeciated.
