+ 0 moreThe repairs went smoothly. The roof was put on first in a timely/efficient manner. The painting, replacing the siding, gutters, etc came after that. We also had one window and a patio door replaced along with several window screens. All of the windows were re-caulked and the siding on the chimney was replaced. If there were any concerns Gabe consulted with us. His employees were trustworthy and cleaned up after the job was completed. The job took several weeks to complete but it was a big job. TMI-Gabe went out of his way to get the job done and to work with us. We chose TMI construction because the company was locally owned and operated and would choose TMI again. Thanks Gabe Matthews for all your hard work.
Description of Work: TMI construction handled all the repairs our home sustained after a severe hailstorm. TMI-Gabe Matthews served as the contractor for the repairs. He provided estimates, helped us deal with our insurance company and made sure we got all the repairs needed due to the hail damage. Initially the insurance company was reluctant to pay for all the repairs but Gabe was able to work with the insurance company on our behalf. Gabe managed all of the subcontractors and oversaw their work.

+ -1 moreThe work was excellent. The contractor assigned to job was slow to respond and acted in an unprofessional manner. When we spoke with him about concerns, no improvement. Instead of providing samples or examples of items for repairs, I had to seek lighting, door and hardware, carpet. I thought that was part of the Contractors job. It took almost one year to get front door installed and it was one of the first things I selected. Very frustrating experience. I have a kitchen and two bathrooms that I want to redo but will not use this firm.
