Description of Work: Jeff Satterlee, owner of his business American Air, has serviced my Mother's home since he's been in business...many years. He is extremely responsive and accessible to her for all of her needs. Jeff is extremely timely in his follow-up and follow-through...we could not be more pleased. In every instance, he has responded back to her/my needs within just a few minutes or hours. He is totally dependable, trust-worthy and capable! We have never had any problem that Jeff couldn't quickly resolve or service. He's excellent to recommend and follow-through on necessary and cost-effective preventive maintenance. We ALWAYS KNOW Jeff will just take care of everything that needs to be attended to...without ANY CONCERN that he is doing anything not warranted or unnecessary. It's such a relief to know and trust, implicitly, that our Air and Heating Systems are being appropriately and well-maintained and that if any problems do arise...Jeff will be just a phone call away. We consider Jeff to be one of our most-trusted "Go To" resources...certainly for his timely, and constantly-reliable expertise in all HVAC issues...but for all sorts of other home maintenance issues that we occasionally need recommendations about.
