+ -1 moreWindows look GREAT, and we could feel the difference in the house immediately. We did have one issue: we wanted safety latches on the windows, and they weren't installed. Mr. Stewart came back with the Simonton rep and fixed it immediately. Compliments from the neighbors have already begun. Replacing your windows in the dead of winter is worth it! The windows were on sale, and the crew was available immediately.
Description of Work: Replacement windows for whole house--we went from single-pane windows w/ aluminum frames to double-pane Simonton w/ vinyl frames and e-glass. Mr. Stewart's team had to cut down a few of our windowsills--did a great job and were polite and thorough. Mr. Stewart returns calls promptly and gave us comprehensive information. One gripe: gouges in a couple of windowsills will require wood fill before repainting.
