They think of everything, clean up his mess, and even hauled off the old holster heater sitting in the yard. He was very friendly, answered all my questions, and was very professional. "Initially they were OK on the phone came out to give me a estimate and I was told they would have to call me back on Monday and the estimate was on Saturday Monday came and went no call Tuesday I called them in the afternoon and was told that they would have to call me back I called back in an hour after not hearing anything and was told that the supervisor would email me or call me later that night I never heard from them and that has been about two or three weeks ago now and have not heard from them I would not even try to hire this company they are absolutely horrible"

"Where to start for 6+ months I called Dustin Green, Text Dustin Green, Snap Chat Dustin Green for them to come repair my unit with a positive no show.. Every call was met with we are busy or haven’t forgot you.. But they did.! I’ve always recommended them as a go to place for hvac repair but now I’m not sure. I’m not sure what’s going on, I don’t know if the father that started the company is stepping down or what, but with that kinda of service I don’t think it will take the son “Dustin” long to destroy what the father spent a life time building.. I ended up calling Bud Hammons Heating and air #918-655-6850 out of Wister and let me tell you about service plus 5 they did a great job and the bill, I’ve paid more for a nice dinner for the family.."
