Torch Service Company LLC can't be beat. Todd came out found the problem and had it fixed in a short period. Torch is my go to for plumbing.

David actually got here early and let me know everything he was doing during the repair.

They were polite and easy to work with.

Called Torch on weekend. David arrived Monday, and was familiar with the unit. Checked over the AC. Answered some of my questions. He made some temperature tests for confirmation. $99. I would call Torch again for future work. Fast. Friendly. Competent.

David, tech, came out to determine problem,coils. He explained everything. Once coils installed, A.C. still didn’t work. David said since our A.C. had run out of Freon the compressor was damaged. This wasn’t apparent until unit turned on. Since not included in first estimate, I was given a very good price on compressor, which I appreciated. Clay did an excellent job working on unit. David stayed around to make sure there weren’t any more surprises. Appreciate all the help by office and techs. AC work great.

This is the first time I ve used home advisor, and Torch Service Co. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the entire process was, and the quick response was so appreciated. Clay Simmons was our technician, he had our A/C working within 30 minutes of his arrival. From my first contact on Home Advisor, until the time Clay was completed, was about 4 hours. Remarkable. We are planning renovations this fall, and we will be using both of these great services then as well.
