It was a horrible experience having a foundation leak in my duplex. Torch came in and fixed the leak in 1 day even though they had to dig 4 ft below the concrete to find the leak. Thanks Torch for a job well done!

Josh was wonderful. He arrived at the time that we had agreed on and did the work quickly. We had a bath tub handle that was broken, we had another service company check it out last year and they told us that we had to replace the entire handle, faucet etc. Josh replaced the mechanism and saved us $300.00. I will definitly use him again and will recommend him to friends and family. Thank you Josh!

For the service they provided, I believe was OVERPRICED to Snake a SEWER drain. It took them LESS than an HOUR! But when sewer water is backing up in your bathtub and toiled, and you can't use your washer, what choice do you have .... NONE!

If other people are like me, they are always wondering which plumbing company is best. I have hired several in my day and Josh is at the top of the list. It is difficult to find words to describe how efficient and professional this young man is. I am getting rather long in the tooth and am not easily impressed, but he impressed me. I will recommend him to all my friends who are looking for a plumber. The five-star rating is not high enough for him and his company!

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Torch Service. They called us and came out quickly on a Saturday morning(Saturday). The work was done quickly and our drain is flowing great. We even got a 30 day warrenty on the job. Love this company. Will definitely call them again.

I gave Josh permission to purchase a 50 gallon tank, along with drip pan and new gas fittings needed for code upgrading. Josh also called the city of Tulsa Plumbing inspector to get on the list for inspection. Within 2 hours, Josh had the new Tank completely installed.
