I got there name right out of Home Advisor. I am a general contractor and had not used their services before. Joshua was right on time for our appointment.I thought he was very professional, knowledgeable of his trade and priced the project fairly. They completed the work on time and there were no added costs which I was happy about. You never know what you're going to get when you try someone for the first time. Very efficient

I mostly appreciate the way Torch Service worked with my schedule, agreeing to meet me after work, and in a matter of minutes, had fixed the immediate problem, a leaking exterior faucet. Their technician was informative and friendly. I think $90 is a little high for installing a washer, and I may have to replace the whole faucet eventually, but I realize that's more my fault for preferring a quick fix to a lasting repair, and I can't fault them for that. I would definitely recommend them and will probably contact them again when I'm ready to replace the faucet.

Torch service company came to my house to service a stopped up drain. Their prices were very reasonable compared to the other businesses that I called. They arrived on time and were friendly & courteous. Unfortunately, the drain stopped up again within 10 days so I called them back because of my pleasant first experience. They said they had a 30-day guarantee and would come again this time for no charge! Overall, they were extremely professional and I even had them give me an estimate on installing a line from the automatic ice-maker in the refrigerator to the kitchen sink via under the house, which was also competitive.

The owner and his employees are prompt, dependable and they complete the job in a timely fashion. AND the workers clean up the work area before leaving. took way too long to get the job done

I inquired about a main line replacement on Monday and the line was replaced at a fair price on Thursday. They did a good job and I certainly recommend them for any plumbing issue.

Excellent and expeditious service. My exterior faucets were repaired in minimal time. Josh explained the problem and offered two solutions. I will use this company for any future plumbing problems.
