Excellent service. Set up appt for next day they showed up as scheduled completed work. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future for any hvac needs we have.

They were not able or capable to do the job. I had to hire another plumber.

They were very good , and had a big problem, after the fact they made things right I REALLY LIKE DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM HONEST FAIR

Their technicians are kind and very polite. They do not leave amess behind. If you need any follow up service or questions they are right there. I have recommended them to several friends and they have been very happy with their service also.

The technician (Dustin I believe) came in and did exactly what I hired them to do. I looked at some of the 'big' companies that advertise a lot on TV. Guess what?? I felt like I was paying for those expensive ads on TV to get them. I'm so glad I found This company for a reasonable price!! I would certainly recommend them.

Last month the toilets, sinks, and bathtub deceived they did not want to drain. It was the weekend and was in a bind trying to find someone to come take a look at it on the same day and within a reasonable timeframe. I got in touch with Torch and had someone out within two hours or less. Gavin was EXCELLENT. He was very thorough and made sure everything was working perfectly before departing. I had previously went through my home warranty people and the guy only spent less than fifteen minutes accessing "fixing" the problem. Gavin was here for about an hour. 10/10 recommend this place.

Service was great, didnt have my part on truck, that happens, i dont know if that time was added to my bill, i was given a quote that i thought was a little high, otherwise the guys in the field isnt responsible for that. You get what you oay for, so i got an excellent finushed product. Im happy
