This crew is a bunch of criminals... The owner is now in prison for child molestation. Marden Hailey is principle in this company and works with his crooked brothers Paul and Eddie Hughes. They didn't pay subcontractors which is fraud, they didn't produce materials paid for, and they didn't even get inspections, concealing plumbing and framing behind walls causing huge problems with the city. DO NOT USE ANY OF THESE CONTRACTORS AS THEY HAVE A HISTORY OF DECEIT AND POOR QUALITY.

Marden Hailey and his brothers Eddie Hailey and Paul Hughes work together d/b/a Spraymasters. They offer complete construction and restoration services. I hired this company to complete a residential fire remediation and remodel. This company is managed by older brother Marden Hailey the general contractor. I would not recommend this company or these individuals for any type of work under any circumstances, as they are deceptive and dishonest. Our contract was to be completed from start to finish in a matter of a few months. After nearly 8 months without completion they were terminated. At the point of termination it was found that Hailey et.al d/b/a Spraymasters did not secure proper permits or inspections for framing, electrical, and plumbing as required by law and contract, subjecting us to over $10,000 in damages from concealed inadequate plumbing that failed inspections, concealed inadeqaute framing, and concealed inadequate gas service. Hailey and Co. also used substandard materials representing them as being of higher quality. Hailey and Co concealed plumbing behind tile work knowing that it was impossible to hook up shower and gas fixtures without tearing tile out that they had just installed, all in an effort to get paid at the expense of contract and of the owner. Hailey and Co also represented that they had paid subcontractors, converting funds paid to them for these subcontractors to cash for their own benefit which is a felony. Hailey and Co. were also hired to pack move and clean all personal items that survived the fire. Hailey and co. did not perform these services in a workmanlike manner exposing most of the surviving personal items to the elements ruining 80% of furniture. Marden Hailey is deceptive, violent, and hot headed, unable to work with subcontractors, and clients alike. Upon termination of his contract Marden Hailey actually confronted the owners, showing up at the place of business threatening violence, requiring the police to be called. After this confrontation it was learned that Marden Hailey was being prosecuted for 2 counts of lewd molestation, which is the likely reason for the diversion of funds from materials and subcontractors, likely diverting the funds to pay for his criminal defense. BEWARE THESE GUYS ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. THEY DO NOT HONOR WARRANTIES AS THEY WERE HIRED TO COMPLETE A COMMERCIAL KITCHEN FLOOR THAT FAILED WITHIN A YEAR. NO RESPONSE TO REQUEST TO HONOR WARRANTY WAS DENIED.
