Description of Work: He went out of his to repair my A/C unit. the main motor was still under warranty and within a few days had it fixed with a new motor which was covered under warranty.

Description of Work: Replaced mismatched air compressor and inside unit. This was after working closely ether the electrician when the old unit kept tripping the breaker. The electrician replaced the breaker and Sharp replaced an AC switch. Returned and the owner was tenacious on correcting issue. We ended up replacing entire system. They were awesome. Even found out we had an oversized mismatched system. No problems since. Electric bill has dropped. Will not use anyone but them again. Thank you Sharp heat and air.

+ -1 moreI have been in the house (new) for 5 years. I was in the last few days of the 5 year manufacturer's warranty, however he was intent on getting a replacement motor on the warranty and was successful. "Over and Above" Would highly recommend.
Description of Work: Extremely well. On one of our coldest days, the blower motor for the heat and air unit in the attic went out. Called in the morning and Mr. Sharp was out at noon.

+ -1 moreI called him around 5p.m. the day before. Explained I couldn't get furnace pilot to light in my rental house. Weather was warm enough to go without heat overnight. He worked my repair into his schedule the next day, between two projects, when I explained an elderly lady lived in the rental house. He was very professional and patient when my renter wasn't home when he arrived to inspect the furnace and I couldn't get into the house. He returned later when she came back home. He tried first just replacing the thermocouple. When that didn't work, he replaced the gas valve to make it work correctly.
Description of Work: Mr. Sharp fixed broken parts on an old furnace in a rental house. Pilot would not stay on once you released the light pilot button. He replaced the gas valve and thermocouple. He checked operation of heater. Parts cost $136 of total cost of $265.

Description of Work: We have used sharp heat and air for years. He always is on time and explains what he has done and gives u the best possible price. This time he came out to our new house because our upstairs ac was not working properly. He found it had a leak he repaired the leak and refilled it with freon. It needed 4 lbs that is y the cost was as high as it was. Freon was $40 per pound. The service call was only $82.

+ -1 moreThey did a really good job. They did it quickly. They recommended best sized unit for my home at the best cost. This past fall they did a service check and also told me about a $30 rebate that I can get from my gas company. They gave me the paper work for that. The maintenance check cost was $75 for the full check. I would definitely use their services again.

+ -1 moreTHEY MADE A HUGE MESS IN THE BASEMENT BUT CLEANED IT UP REALLY WELL BEFORE THEY LEFT. THEY DO QUALITY WORK AND HAVE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WERE VERY RESPECTFUL OF MY PROPERTY AND MADE SURE THAT THEY DIDN'T SCRATCH MY FLOORS UP.
Description of Work: THEY CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND INSTALLED A NEW FURNACE WHEN THE OLD ONE WENT OUT.
