Description of Work: Todd came out and did a survey/estimate at no cost. Gave an approximate date when they could do it and about how long it would take. No pressure estimate. I called back and scheduled the removal. Three men removed a 20yr old Silver Maple tree, hauled away the limbs, and ground the stump to ground level. Very professional and Todd came while they were removing it and rechecked with me that everything was going to my satisfaction. I am pleased with the work and follow-up. For the amount of work and my satisfaction I can justify the cost.

Description of Work: Rickert's Tree Service removed a medium large voluntary hackberry tree that was about 20 or so years old. I would estimate it was at least 20 feet tall and at least 6-7inches in diameter. It was growning up against the fence. It was very professionally and efficiently removed by a crew of 3 4 men without damage to surrounding shrubs or the fence. They had the special equipment (like power crews use) but because of the location, it was still necessary to remove one section of the fence for access and to prevent damage. Their methods limited the mess it could have been. They were thorough in their cleanup. In addition, they did a bit more trimming on some large crepe myrtles.. I felt their charges were quite reasonable. Mr. Rickert came first to make an estimate and the crew came the next day. I had met them at the Tulsa Garden Center Show. I not only would use them again but have referred them to several homeowners for their consideration. And their work was in sharp contrast to the several others I have used in the past few years for tree trimming.
