Paul's did an excellent job. Paul came to my house the day after I called him to give me a bid on a new system. His bid was $1500-$2000 less than the other 2 bids i got for smaller systems. Paul said they could get to the work in a week. His crew showed up on the day they said they would, right on time. Workers were professional and clean. Left the work area clean. Excellent job. I highly recommend them.

I called in the morning. Paul answered the phone and set up a time for the same afternoon. He was right on time. He was professional and honest. He fixed my A/C (replaced a capacitor and washed out the unit) and had it up and running within an hour. Very satisfied with the work and would call again if needed.

During an extended period of extreme heat, my main compressor unit failed. I called the company to request service which they said they would perform that day. As it turned out, the young man who received the phone call wrote down the wrong address, so we did not receive service that day. I called again the next morning and they were out that day. The services performed were fine. I noticed they have a 24 hour phone service, but when I attempted to call it after the first day, there was no answer. I would suggest they be a bit more professional. I believe that Paul is an outstanding technicial with AC / Furnace units. My overall experience was very good. His company was recommended to me by two separate individuals.
