Description of Work: He did a lot of things. He did the whole back door garden, built a patio, did some concrete work, did a brick oven in the back yard, he did my concrete drive way, my garage, insulation, drywall and installed a chimney pipe for my oven.

He did a raised concrete patio and replaced all my structural beams holding up the patio roof and did most of the work himself. No subcontractors with this one! Highly recommended!

+ 1 moreKeith built a beautiful deck that was flush with my back porch. The deck is 12 x 15, extremely well built and an asset to our small home. He is very professional and really knows his business. The final product was better than I was expecting. I am thrilled!! Keith also cleaned up all debris and the area looked as if he had never been there. I will definitely will be using him for other jobs that may come up. I highly recommend him.

+ 0 moreWe had an unusable backyard space - broken and crooked concrete pad that large tree roots had displaced ...... and the rest was mud! After discussing/planning what we wanted .... which was to tear that out and build a deck above those roots ...... Keith transformed the space. It is now a large - SAFE - sturdy and wonderful space. There is a reinforced area for our hot tub and plenty of space for the grills, chairs and tables! Keith listens <<<< and that's so appreciated. He pays attention to detail and works hard to make sure the client is happy with the result .... what more can you ask? Thanks Keith!

+ 3 moreHe was prompt, easy to talk to,and answered any questions I had. I never had difficulty getting hold of him, either by phone or e-mail. The work was neat and everything was cleaned up at the end of the day. He showed up when he said he would. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again.
Description of Work: Mr. Morgan tore out a ramp and deck and hauled the debris away. He then rebuilt a new porch with a bridge across a sunken patio as well as pouring a concrete approach to the bridge.

+ 1 moreOverall it was a frustrating experience because the original problem was not immediately resolved. The leak in the roof took multiple attempts to fix it. From now on I will only hire specialist for that particular job. I can say that the experience would of been far worse if Keith had not been professional and such a nice man. He did put forth effort to fix the problem which I appreciated.Hopefully, this leak has been resolved. We shall see.
Description of Work: Hired Morgan to repair a leak in new addition to exitising house and repair wall as a result of leaking roof. He was prompt, caulked and replaced flashing/shingles in roof where he surmised the leak was coming from. He also did a drywall repair in the ceiling, removed wet insulation and replaced it. The 2x2 square area that was drywalled has visible lines that did not blend in with the rest of the celing. Would of liked that to blend in more. I am going to have to hire a drywall professional to fix this. Later in the year after a driiving storm the leak reappeared in the same area. Keith did come back and recaulked the roof. A subsequent storm came and again it leaked. Keith brought a friend who is a professional roofer. He caulked the suspected area with roof tar and so far no leaks. However, we have not had much rain to test it. The last big rain we had it has remained dry. I am hopeful. Keith did say he guaranteed his work and he did do everything that he could think of to solve the problem. I probably would not use Keith again for Drywall. I think drywall can be tricky. Im not sure how he would do for other house repairs since this was my only expereince with him.

+ 1 moreVery impressed with this company! The owner and a worker came out to do the job. They were patient and careful as they prepared the shed to be moved, and had a challenge getting it to the place we wanted to put it. They didn't give up and maneuvered it into that corner of the yard. They were prompt, courteous, thorough, and fairly priced. They also gave us an estimate on redoing our driveway, and they're coming out next month for that job. Very pleased!
Description of Work: Moved a shed from one part of the yard to another, using heavy equipment. Filled in holes with dirt from a large dirt pile, leveled ground where shed had been.

+ 2 moreHe was very congenial and I liked him very much. There was some minor follow up I had to do on my end and the time frame was a little bit longer than I anticipated, but the end product was very worth the amount of time it took to finish.
Description of Work: They took out a hot tub and rebuilt the entire area. They reinforced the decking and filled in a custom designed new wood deck to fill the vacancy of the old hot tub. He used pretreated wood that had a very nice stain that required no painting. He did help with some minor cracks related to my home with out further charge.

Keith Morgan's company has extensive experience in many facets of building which includes the building of many homes. Keith is a throw back from times where your word is your bond and nothing less than exceptional quality it acceptable.... period.
Description of Work: Had a 20 X 25 flagstone deck build on an existing cement slab. It was bordered with block stone.
