Description of Work: Keith and staff repaired siding on dormers and chimney. Than reroofed whole house and garage. hey did an excellent job. Didn't try to sell us inferior products or services. He did exactly what we asked for in a very timely manner. I recommend them to anyone with house repairs.

+ 3 moreI am refinancing my home and needed a quick repair of my deck in order to close. I had removed a hot tub from the deck area and there was a lot of rot underneath. I called Service Magic for a referral and they gave me 2 names in the area. Keith Morgan called me the next day to discuss my needs. He provided a quick and fair estimate of the cost of repairs. I was thrilled that he was available to come out the next day to do the work. I am very happy with the deck that he repaired. My original call was on Wed, and by Saturday 10 am the job was finished! That includes time to come over to give me an estimate!
Description of Work: My deck had rot where I had removed an old hot tub. Morgan Custom Builders tore out all the rotten boards and replaced. Additionally I had some rotten boards in other areas of the deck. Those too were replaced. And finally he power washed the whole deck.
