Josh was quick to figure out the problem and get parts ordered. Met me after I got home from work to do the work. He is kind and courteous. I would definitely call him again!

He check the pump. He found that the part was broke. He order that part in. It was not delivered until the 2nd day after order was placed. He kept me informed and as soon as the part got here he called to set a time to come and put the new part in. He was very pleasant and professional. I would use him again.

I called and spoke with Josh telling him that my dryer had quit heating. I asked if he could come by today and take a look at it and he told me that he could be at my house in a couple of hours. He showed up on time and replaced the heating element which fixed the problem. Thanks for a job well done.

I told him of my situation of water leaking from my refrigerator onto my wood floor. He informed he was out of town and , if I could wait until the following Monday, he would look at it then. He then went on to tell me what could be the problem, which was a filter needing changing. We purchased a filter through Lowes and installed it easily. Home Appliance Repair could have kept this information to himself and charged us a service call plus the cost of the filter but suggested we try it ourselves. We greatly appreciated that!

I would definitely use this service provider again and highly recommend him.

Fred came to our home and serviced our refrigerator which has an ice dispenser which dispenses either cubes or crushed ice. The unit had become inoperative when used in crush mode. He analyzed the problem and replaced the drive mechanism so that his price included both parts and labor. Previously he repaired our washing machine which failed to spin dry the load. He is an excellent service man.
