Description of Work: Business is so good they didnt have time to even come out and look at my problem. This company is less than half a mile from my house. I tried multiple times to engage them to just come and give me an estimate. Apparently I didnt need an entire new roof or so they thought. I now have a full write off from the insurance company and another roofer is installing a new roof.

They were awful. They took my insurance information and they submitted a higher bill to them. I ended up owing them $3,000 more. I had a contract for a $7,000 roof and they never told me I was getting a $10,000 roof. I should have had my insurance company go after them for insurance fraud. I never authorized that amount and he even circled the amount that he was going to go over with the insurance company. They never let me know that the price had increased. They only showed that information to the insurance company. I wasn't really out any money because the insurance company sent that money to me, but I was really ticked off about it. I would not have gone with them had I known. I would have gone with the company that was more in line with my insurance company.
Description of Work: I used Fuller Roofing a year ago to replace my roof.

Absolutely do not try this useless company. A nice fellow came to our door and we agreed to have them be our agent. Another fellow came met the insurance adjuster. The first guy must have left the company. Later another guy came by and apologized. Despite his saying he'd work on nothing happened. When I called and asked for the CEO/top guy he never returned the call. This all happened during a six month period.

Numerous problems with the installation of the guttering lead to having to contact another company to fix the problem. Now, 2 years later many of the shingles have blown off and the last strong storm that came through lifted up shingles on the corner of the home producing a large leak in the back bedroom which has caused even more damage to the home. A report for a reputable Tulsa company provided the below information to our insurance company: When preparing a report for a roof analysis, I am inclined to believe that most people will have limited knowledge of some of the more intricate details of my findings. This is not the case with your roof. The problem is so obvious that even a young child would understand. The nails that were used to attach the shingles to the roof decking were driven completely through the shingles. Most of the shingles on this roof have very little if any mechanical attachment. If you were a fan of loud music you could likely vibrate the roof to the point that the shingles would simply slide off. The majority of what is holding the shingles in place right now is the tackiness of the asphalt in the materials. A strong wind storm would destroy this roof and allow water to pour into your home. This was a very poor installation and poor job of everyone that was required to see that this type of thing does not happen. It appears that everyone dropped the ball. This home needs to be re-roofed as soon as is practical. The damage to the back bedroom is just the beginning. This home will suffer water intrusion from dozens of spots. It is just a matter of time. The roofing contractor should be held responsible for this poor quality workmanship. It is plain to see that there was no in process inspection or quality check while the roof was being installed. It is also plain to see that the installation crew had no idea what they were doing or any understanding of generally accepted roofing practices. In conclusion, it is my opinion that this roof was doomed to failure the minute it was installed. It will not withstand a strong wind storm without severe consequences and will continue to allow water intrusion into the home. I find no way to explain why or how this was not caught during the build process and feel that the original roofing contractor should be held accountable for all physical and monetary damages incurred due to this poorly built roof system.

All seemed well. They came back out on 5/2/08 to meet with my insurance adjuster. They said they could have the job done in 2-3 weeks. Then nothing. I kept calling and calling. Finally, on 6/9/08 they sent someone out who went up on the roof and took measurements, worked up an estimate and presented it to me. $12,203.00 I signed the contract. They said it would be about 1-2 weeks. Nothing happened. I called. And called. I spoke with many different people as the original consultant often would not return my phone calls. Finally he called me on 7/1/08 and said my shingles would be delivered that afternoon and work would begin 7/2/08. No shingles arrived. I called and called. I spoke with the owner, Mr. Fuller. I told him that I would like out of the contract He assured me that we would be taken care of promptly. Still nothing. I asked once again to be let out of the contract but was reminded that the contract was binding and if I cancelled the contract I would be required to pay 15% of the contract value, or $1830.00. Eventually I was informed that they could not get that particular shingle. I said I would choose one that they could get. They said they would be out with samples. They did not show up. You guessed it. More calls. On 8/18/08 a different consultant came to my home and advised me on shingles. He called and found a distributor that had one in stock that I liked. He said it would take a few days. I called on 8/21/08. He said the order had been placed. On 9/3/08 I called to find out how things were coming along. I was told that they would have to charge much more than they had quoted on the estimate. I asked what the estimate's purpose was then? I was then told that it was a big job and they really did not have time to do the work. So, after 18 weeks of being bound by a contract to them, they backed out and said they would not do the work. So I still have bare wood on my roof and water stains on my ceiling and have to start this whole process over again. I am amazed that they treat people this way. They strung me along the whole time and I was stuck because I had signed the contract. They would not return calls. They lied to me repeatedly. They were rude on numerous occasions. They could have let me out of the contract months ago, but would not. Overall this has been a miserable and infuriating experience. Oh, and all this time I have had two of their signs in my yard providing free advertising for them.
Description of Work: They came out on 4/24/08 to give an estimate for replacing my entire roof, including mansard, flat and regular shingle roof portions.

Company came out and examined a hole in my roof vent from hail. They promised to have it fixed within two days. After two weeks and hearing the same story five times, I decided to move on to another company. Maybe they are just too busy due to the recent storms to get to a small repair, but they shouldn't be making promises they cannot keep and they openly admitted they dropped the ball.

Roofers did not clean up well after the job. Destroyed patio plants and damaged lattice panels. Disconnected/removed old attic turbines but left open ended wiring hanging loose - fire hazard! Forgot to roof shed that was included in the quote.
