Wonderful. They called me in a timely manner. Came out within a day or two. Did what they said they would, and actually even more. He cleaned out the dryer vent and hooked it back up. Very pleasant guy. I would highly recommend them.

Service was excellent. They didn't attempt to sell a new roof when one wasn't needed. Prompt, professional, great quality, cleaned up their mess. Reasonable price.

they did a good job. Ran out of the correct shingles on the first day, so covered it and came back the next day and finished it. When Doug first came out to give an estimate, he found that some of the old shingles around the vent were not in right and causing the leaking into the bathroom. He explained what was causing the leak and gave it a temporary fix so the leaking would stop. He did not ask for any pay and we had not hired him for the job yet. Impressed me. He also explained just what they would do and was very clear. We had four companies give estimates, and theirs was in the middle. We chose them because of their extra effort. They did a very good job, and when it was finished they even hauled off some things we had that needed hauling off but we do not have a truck to do it or the money to pay someone. I would use them again and suggest them to anyone else that I knew.

They use more technology. They were actually comfortable in price and they were my second choice to come out and do the job. They were responsive and the owner came out which I thought was excellent. I like the way they did their proposal. I think they are the most professional out of all that came out here.

Prompt quote, arrived when they said they would, worked efficiently, cleaned up and hauled off trash. Would definitely used them again!

I had contacted them to look at warranty work, nothing to do with the current condition of the roof. The roof was built in 2004. I never heard back on their warrantied work. According to the shingle maker, who sent back a full report on the shingles, the shingles were applied to the roof incorrectly, and no my roof has zipper lines over the entire roof, as do many of the roofs in my neighborhood done by this same contractor. One of the studs was not made level with the roof line and they shingled over it instead of correcting the problem and then shingling it. Now one of the valleys has a leak after all the rains we've had on a 9 year old roof. I think a monkey with a hammer could have done a better job roofing this house. This is NOT sour grapes. I urge anyone looking at this contractor to do any of your roofing work to stay FAR AWAY. Worst work I've ever seen, and now I will be out the expense to have it done correctly.

Dun-Rite Roofing were real good. They were nice, prompt and did good work. They even fixed the shingles on the house and didn't charge us. They were real nice. I had no problem with them.

I callled and requested an estimate for repairs. They came out while I was at work. I did have to call back and get the estimate, I received an apology for having to call back. I requested the work be performed and was told it would be done by the end of the week. Friday I received an invoice for the quoted amount. It has since rained and my patio cover no longer leaks. Super easy to work with I didn't have to miss work and the job was done well.

They seemed really confident. They were very responsive to any questions I had and they provided me all the information. As a matter of fact, I belong to a homeowners association that required certain information and so I called them up or email them to get the information but they said if you look into the quote, it's already there. They were pretty thorough. He even sent a guy down to do a little bit of free work that didn't even charge me for. I'm just waiting for the finances to go through and then I'm going to have them do the roof.

They did an outstanding job, they were in and out in a day. These guys were amazing, they showed up at eight o’clock, and they were done before five. They were really good guys.

Called for an inspection and repair of some missing shingles on a house purchase. Didn't even realize they had been there until I received the invoice. Very satisfied.

Last summer they fixed the roof in another house. I thought they were really thorough on how they tackled the project. The house that we re did in the summer was a older house, it had several layers of shingles and they took all of that. They had a big crew and the quality of the work was really good.

The work was accomplished in a very timely manner and the one minor issue we had was remedied without any hassles. I would recommend Dun Rite Roofing to others. We have had virtually zero rain since our roof was replaced so a bit more time needs to pass before we render a final statement on the job.

Their bid was better than the others and I was very satisfied with the work. I liked the owner especially because he gave me $650 back and answered my questions. He kept me informed all the time even though he wasn’t physically out here. Anything I needed to have done was done. He added extras and things like that after a year of the ice or hail damage. A lot of people who used Dun-Rite were satisfied. I called him a lot of times before he even started the job. I’m not sure if the others would have answered all my questions that I had. I was very pleased with their work. They did some extra work on the porch that I had asked for. This was a better material than the original one. I had asked for some extra protections. They put some metal around the porch. They fixed a mixture of things. They put in beautiful shingles. They removed the old roof as there was a lot of hail damage and put in a new roof. I even had some questions about shingles, but they said that if I had a problem they would come out and fix it for free. I had talked to the owner as I had some problems with the original job. They are reasonable price wise and the quality is excellent. They cleaned up well. The workers were very polite. They told me about some siding damage that I had which wasn’t covered under the insurance. I had the siding replaced by someone else because they don’t do the siding. I was very pleased with their professionalism. The crew was great. They came out and did the job when they were supposed to come out and do it. The job was done in less than 3 days. We had bad weather and they had got the supplies, but they couldn't start the work. As soon as the weather cleared a few days later, they were out here and did it. I didn't have to wait like I would have had to with other contractors. They'll tell people one thing and it would be months before one could get to see them again. Dun-Rite was really good. They were excellent. His price was very good. I was looking at quality and I got what I wanted. I’ve had problems with the contractors in the past, but I really liked the sales person and the people that were here. I’ve had contractors not respecting me even though I used to pay them and if I’ve had a question, the owner doesn’t come on, but I’ve actually called the owner of Dun-Rite and he was fabulous. He was open to anything that I needed to know and everything that I had researched about roofing and the different concerns that I had. I had asked him questions before starting the job. He provided all the information and he guided like a consultant. Whether he did the job or not, he used to send somebody out if something was not right. His work was good enough for me and he really stood by it. Overall, they were very professional. His availability was very good. He answered questions. I had some questions about shingles he called and explained everything which was pretty good. I would use them again in the future if need be.

I left a message and later spoke with Jim Mur. He sent someone to the house to provide an estimate. After we agreed on the price, a worker came by the next day and completed the work. The work was done in a very timely manner and everything was cleaned up when we returned home from work.

Dun-Rite responded promptly, arrived when they said they would, treated us with respect, and did a great job in repairing our leak. They made me feel like our little repair job was important to them. When our entire roof needs to be replaced we will definitely call them to do the work.

I COMPARED A LOT OF COMPANIES TO EACH OTHER AND I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PRICING. THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY. NOT TO LONG AFTER I CALLED THE COMPANY THEY WERE READY TO GET STARTED.

THEY DID THE JOB FASTER THAN I THOUGHT THEY WOULD. THEY QUALITY IA GREAT. I THINK THE PRICE IS JUST A LITTLE HIGH BUT IT IS WORTH IT. THEY ALWAYS MADE SURE THAT EVERYTHING WAS CLEANED UP.

THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB AND WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES AND HAD A DECENT PRICE FOR THEIR WORK. IT TOOK THEM LONGER THAN ANTICIPATED, BUT WE WERE STILL HAPPY WITH OUR CHOICE OF COMPANIES.
