Description of Work: Dale and Lee's have serviced my heat and air for several years, so when I needed to replace the whole system they were of course on the list of company's that I called to get bids from. They were not the least expensive bid, but Brent was the only one that actually really sat down and explained, drew pictures etc., of what was going to be done. I not only needed to replace the heat and air, but needed the duct work moved from the slab foundation into the attic. Ducts were rusted and full of water! Thought we were going to have to put heating unit in attic, but once the crew went over size and situation at the house was able to keep everything in the inside closet where it was originally placed. Was so glad for that. Their guys were very professional, and very polite. Couldn't have asked for a better bunch of guys. I will always call these people for all my heat and air needs.

+ -1 moreTHIS COMPANY HAD RUN A SPECIAL IN THE PAPER, BUT ENDED UP CHARGING ME ABOUT THREE TIMES AS MUCH AS ADVERTISED. THEY SAID IT WAS BECAUSE THEY HAD TO DO MORE WORK THAN ANTICIPATED. IT DIDN'T SEEM RIGHT TO ME.
