The provider did the work as agreed to although it was difficult to convince them to meet their obligation and trim branches near our roof. After quite a bit of bickering they did do the work. The provider also removed a single medium sized limb from a neighbors tree then charged me an additional $75.00, that I had not agreed to for doing the work. I reluctantly paid the extra money because I was very tired of the confrontation of the day. Before they were loaded up I found and brought to her attention that the crew had damaged our irrigation system. We agreed that I would take care of the repair and that she would refund the disputed $75.00. She said that she would mail the check the very next day. After more than a month of phone calls and emails there was never a check. Chalk this one up to having been taken advantage of. I am over 70 years old and still labor under the belief that I can trust people, which is generally true, but this woman has taught me a $75.00 lesson. If you deal with these people, and I would recommend that you don't, be very careful in your dealings with them. She, in my opinion, is not an honest person.
