Description of Work: Very nice guy. My carpet wasn't gross but it needed professional help. More help than my personal carpet cleaner could do. And it just didn't end up as clean as I thought it should be.

 + -1 moreThey did a very good job for me. They did the best they could with the work and I am very pleased with the results. One technician came out to do all of the cleaning. I had some pet stains and he was able to get the stains up the best they could. They were prompt and did a good job.
Description of Work: I had them clean carpets in two bedrooms.

 + -1 moreIt seems as though the actual cleaning of the carpets was good, but when I had to reschedule, they forgot the date we agreed to reschedule and called me about it. Then, when I told them about the agreed upon date of reschedule, they tried to pick another day, but ultimately agreed to the original reschedule date and said it would be tight. The original reschedule time was for 10:30 a.m. Then, when he called to double check the reschedule date, he asked to move it to 11:30 a.m. On the reschedule date, I called them at Noon asking if they were still coming and they said yes and they would be at my house in 30 min. They arrived at 1 p.m. Once they finished the job, they did not come find me to tell me they were done, but just left and left a business card, which I thought was weird. They did not even check to see if I was satisfied with the job or not.
Description of Work: I signed up for a Groupon for 3 rooms for $69.00. They cleaned two bedrooms and our living room.
