Description of Work: Something was wrong with the outside condensing unit. They replaced some parts & got it back up & running. I had a home warranty on the house so I don't know how much it cost.

Thanks for your review! Attic Insulation, sealing duct work and sealing the house is always a good way to improve your home comfort level. Fortunately, you had a lot of PSO rebates available which allowed us to do all of the things mentioned for less than it would normally cost to blow in attic insulation. Thanks again for calling us.

Description of Work: Worked with me on home warranty coverage. Had to make 3 trips to finish work. Always kept me informed of when parts would be in and when work would be done. Talked directly to home warranty company to ensure full coverage of work. Very courteous and professional.

Description of Work: We replaced both our a/c and heating units since they were about 20 years old. John was very knowledgeable and gave us all the options that were available. He wasn't the cheapest estimate but we went with Morris Heat and Air because we felt like John had more knowledge and experience. Through the instillation process we hit a few unexpected obstacles but John hung in there and got the units installed, working several times, into the late evening. I appreciated that calls were returned quickly and he always kept us updated if a prior job was running late. I feel like John went above and beyond for us and I am confident that we made the right decision going with Morris Heat and Air.

Thank you for your review. I really appreciate customers that take the time to give my company a good review. These reviews help my company to gain more online exposure helping us to stay busy. This, in turn, helps us to keep our pricing down. I admit, the price of your new 95% AFUE mobile home specific furnace and 14.5-16 SEER Goodman Condenser are expensive. Add that to the drain lines and condensate pump assembly, and it costs that much more. I stand behind my equipment for the Life of the equipment as long as you maintain annual service, and I have you guys down for annual service for the next 3 years! Your utility providers, unfortunately, were not offering any rebates, including the propane company. I look forward to helping you and your family have good quality heating and cooling that continues to operate at optimal efficiency for many years to come. Thanks again [removed member name]. Unfortunately on my first visit, the teperature was not warm enough to accurately check your refrigerant levels. That is why I returned on a warmer day. I still have you on schedule to check your unit again in August because I suspect it is leaking due to the large amount of refrigerant I had to use to get your unit working properly. If you begin to feel uncomfortable or your unit stops cooling properly, please do not hesitate to call me and we will try to figure out what is going on.

Description of Work: The technician was prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, assisted me in choosing the right service for my unit and informed me of a service plan offered me by his firm that would save me money on this type of service in the future. The service was not cheap, but it was a good value and was worth every penny.
