Called on a Saturday afternoon. Came out on a Sunday. Had everything up and running on his first visit.

My air conditioner went out right before a holiday weekend. I have a home warranty and contacted the company. I ultimately had to contact a HVAC company of my choosing. I checked locations, ratings, and located John with Morris Heat and Air. John came out that same evening and diagnosed the problem. He contacted the home warranty company and for the necessary approvals. The air conditioner was one problem after another. John worked tirelessly, even on Sunday, to fix the issues as it was extremely hot outside. John is extremely friendly, affordable, and professional. I already have other repairs scheduled with Morris Heat and Air. I recommend this company to anyone in the Tulsa area.

Although he was unable to repair it the service man tried at midnight and was very kind. He emailed us estimates for the repairs within an hour after leaving our home! We plan on having him repair soon.

I spoke to John Morris & he is very busy but lets you know exactly what he has on his plate & when he can possibly make it out to you. He stays in communication & answers calls & texts within an hour or 2 @ most. He can usually make it out to an emergency call (not schedule) within 24 hours. He explains everything in detail & cost of repairs are very resonable. He is very helpful & i would completely recommend Morris Heat and Air to any who might need them. Mr Morris cam over about 10 pm on the 5 of Jun to troubleshoot the problem. The next morning after not finding the part locally while he was in Tulsa he looked for the part and was successful in finding the part instead of ordering it make us being in the heat longer. He came over about 9 pm on the 6 of Jun and installed the part quickly and professionally. Very great worker if you need work done in the area it seems like he doesn't sleep much customers are priority and get them comfortable is what he does when ever it is day or night. We found Morris Heat & Air to be very professional. Punctual, informative and reasonably priced. We highly recommend them!

All outlet ducts were undersized for the unit. The copper feed was undersized for the unit. All ducts leaked air because of poor workmanship when the system was put in. I used three different companies that had A ratings on Angie's list. The first one found that the heat pump would never turn on because the system was not wired correctly so the electric coil was always on to provide heat in the winter. Another found that the unit was not wired correctly for air-conditioning, It would never run on the higher stage. Fixing that helped. Another company told me that the intake air was not sufficient. They charged me $1,200 to run a third 10 inch supply line. The original unit had 2 12 inch air supply lines. That helped too but we ended up having to buy a powered awing to keep the living room around 74 when it was over 100 outside. Even with these fixes, the unit ran constantly in the summer. I decided to use an Angie's list deal to get a really good inspection of my entire system. It was the best money I ever spent. Replacing all of the supply ducts was going to be too expensive so I elected to have another supply duct installed. The two original supply ducts where 12 inches. I also had the additional 10 inch duct put in by another company. A new 16 inch floor supply has really changed the entire indoor environment in my house. The air flow coming out of the supply ducts is now much colder and there is better air flow.

Really was quite good. We have had this system worked on several times the last 4 years. He did such a thorough job checking out the entire system that he noticed several things that others hadn't. This was shocking that other professionals wouldn't check such things. Like where/what kind of filter unit we had. Something seemingly so simple. None of the others ever did. We had motors replaced, and fans replaced, etc. But the filter placement/condition was a big issue that has been causing some issues over the years. Then there was the problem of the actual unit not working. He made an initial diagnosis that was going to be between 400-800 minimum. Then he said he would check a few more things just in case. The best sound I heard this year was, "You're in luck!" from upstairs... Because he was so thorough, he found that a small item could be replaced for 80 that would get it up and running again! So, rather than have to get a whole new unit for 3000, I had a service call, new refrigerant, new filter, coils cleaned and replacement part all for 400. I still need a new unit in the next few years, but he got this one working enough so I can now budget for the next couple years so we can afford to do it right in a few years. Very professional. He was so busy with other projects, but because I was flexible with our time, he fit us in that evening and was great. Would use him again anytime. (hopefully not soon though!)

John did a great job! He was able to fit a new customer into a packed work load. He was very professional and definitely knows his trade. He is in a position to charge on the high end but his fees are very reasonable. I was expecting to pay much more than I did. All said and done...we have a working AC unit and we will be having john back to service our furnace and rework the return. Highly recommend

He arrived at the time we had scheduled and after he had determined the problem with the AC, he promptly repaired the unit. Check the condenser unit and suggested it be cleaned. After this was done, he measured the air flow for the AC to determine if it was meeting minimum CFM standards for the unit size (never had a technician do this). Suggested that we install the carbon monoxide alarm after determining the AC may be getting air from the garage because the air handler sets next to a gas hot water heater. With a $50 service charge no matter the day are time I will continue to use Mike for my service needs. May also use him for insulation in the future. Job well done.

I had talked with Mr. Morris last week about my old wall heater while he was doing some work for my son-in-law. I indicated to Mr. Morris that the heater was an alternate heat source, and I was not completely without heat, so I would appreciate him putting me on his work list, with no sense of urgency. He contacted me to set up an appointment shortly after our initial conversation, indicating he would be able to look at my heater in a day or so. He was considerate in calling first to be sure I would be home, and he called to let me know he was slightly delayed waiting for a delivery. He showed up at my door within only about 30 minutes, dissembled my heater, and identified the problem. He had to order parts but returned to finish the repair within two days.

Mr. Morris arrived on time, was friendly and professional as always, took apart both ventless heaters, cleaned and serviced them, and put them back together. One of them is not functioning correctly, and Mr. Morris very honestly told me he does not know why it is malfunctioning and no, it probably isn't safe. I appreciated his honesty and will be ordering a new heater to be installed by him. He also checked the breaker box because I mentioned the electrical outlet behind my dryer wasn't working (it's working now) and examined the ducting for my old floor furnace to assess whether it is safe. He said that he can get my floor furnace working safely if I want, and gave me some estimates based on his best guesses as to what might be wrong based on my description. Those last two items were at no extra charge. I'd love to have him install whose house HVAC as he suggests, but as a senior on social security it is currently not in my budget. It is good, however, to have someone so knowledgeable and courteous on call for my smaller needs. Oh, did I forget to mention all the above was for only $80? Then he deducted my Angie's List discount and it came to only $76.

He did a great job. His pricing is lower than other companies and his warranty is better than other companies. In fact, he has bent over backwards to make sure everything is installed correctly and that the new unit is not only ultra high efficiency, but that I'll get a rebate and and upgrade to a unit larger than the previous one so my upstairs will be cool even when it is 100 plus degrees outside.

this company was wonderful, when my air conditioner went out I contact many people they couldn't help me and there service charge was out of this world. When I call Morris Heating and Air and explained I had a newborn and 8 yr old they rushed over within a hr and took a look. They had it fixed the same day. I love how family means a lot to them even if your not related. There prices were great and the service charge was half what all the others I had called to do the work

Service performed quickly and professionally

John's estimate to replace the evaporator coil was much less than the estimates we received from 2 other HVAC companies. We needed the repairs done quickly because we were expecting several quests over the Labor Day Holiday. John said he could schedule the repairs and have them completed before the weekend. He arrived on-time and completed the replacement of the evaporator coil in the estimated time he said it would take to complete the job. John also offered suggestions on reducing our heating and air conditioning costs. We will use John for any future HVAC needs.

I manage several rental properties and have used John in the past when I had heating or A/C issues. He's installed a new unit for me on one occasion and cleaned the A coil for free for me. Several of my properties have old HVAC units and John is always willing to do what is necessary to keep them working where other provides just want to sell me a new system.

I have called upon John in the past when my washer went out. That was two years ago and it ran like a champ until the day before yesterday. John tried to diagnose the problem over the phone and help me find a solution. He even worried that he hoped this "wouldn't cost too much or I wouldn't need a whole new washer". As an elder living on a fixed income, I am very grateful for those who put the interests of their customers first before lining their own pockets. When phone diagnosis could not resolve the problem, he gave me an approximate time to arrive the next morning, arrived on time, pinpointed the problem, and gave me an estimate. He then went out and found a good used part in his truck, installed it, charged me $15 less than the original estimate, and was on his way. John is cheerful and professional and has helped my daughter with a used washer and dryer purchase and repair in the past. He stands behind his work and charges a fair price. If I could give him an AAA+++++, I would!

He was really good. It was very unusual because my husband built almost everything so he just had to put in a line. He was very personable and kind. He was very knowledgeable and knew what he was doing. He was very competent. He worked timely.

John did a great job and the ac/heat system is performing great.
