Smooth buying process. No pressure sales environment (unlike some of the others). Delivery and installation was smooth. I wasn't looking forward to the buying process but they made it easy. Very satisfied.

Wholesale Hot tubs do not service Sundance and suggested I call Leisure Time Spas in Oklahoma City. I am on a waiting list for assistance, this could take quite a while to have a simple fuse replaced or a mud dabber lump removed from the control panel.

We had wanted to do an inground pool for quite some time, but couldn't bring ourselves to a) spend the amount of money necessary for a concrete pool and, mostly b) have someone in our backyard for a minimum of 3 months (almost always longer) jacking up our yard. After finding out that a neighbor had installed a composite pool from Wholesale HT, we went and looked at theirs and talked with them. Based on what we saw and their personal experience, we decided to go to Wholesale HT and see what they had. We walked in on a Saturday morning @ 10, left after putting down a deposit, met with Len Cofer (designer, installer, one of the owners) on Tuesday, and they were breaking ground by Monday and we were swimming 2 weeks later! Composite pools only take 2-3 weeks to install, barring any significant difficulties. We will preface all of this by saying that the only reason we were able to get on the schedule so quickly was because they had a very unexpected hole in their schedule due to a manufacturing issue on certain pools already on their schedule. We had to choose a pool that was currently on their lot and had to be ok with the color and tile already on it in order for them to be able to install it so quickly. That is obviously not always the case, but the pool we wanted was actually one they had on the lot. However, looking back and knowing how great our experience was, we would definitely have been put on their schedule and had it done whenever they could do it. Our experience was that good. The workers were respectful of our property and did as little damage as they could to our trees, etc. It was exciting to watch it all happen! Len Cofer is absolutely the best person EVER and we would highly recommend him to anyone. He is honest, knowledgeable, kind, patient, creative and most of all, he is willing to listen to you and let you call him whenever needed. He is generally just a good guy and those are hard to come across these days. We dealt directly with him after paying our deposit - we never had to call the store and try to find him or reach him through someone else. When he originally came out, he gave his suggestion where to place the pool and how to orient it and we couldn't be happier. It's perfect! He has a whole team of people he works with and all the things it takes to do the pool will be in the total cost of the pool. Any extra work, more concrete, special features/equipment, will all be added up and put into the total cost of the pool. No surprises unless you make changes after the contract has been signed. They cleared our trees (this was an extra cost added into the total cost) where the pool would go, dug the hole, placed the pool, leveled it, re-leveled it (and would have kept doing it until it was perfect), shaped the dirt, and did the cement around the pool. The only thing we can say that we weren't excited about, (but turned out fine) was that they filled the pool 2/3 with water in order to settle it and see how level it was. They had to drain it and re-level it. We didn't realize they would drain it and we freaked out a little because it was such a waste of water and we are on well water. It all worked out, though, and after they explained everything, it was all good and we still had water! We didn't do a waterfall or any water features; we also didn't put in a heater although we did leave space on the pad for it if we decide to install one later. The only extravagance we added were the 3 LED lights in the pool, and they are pretty cool! We did a couple other equipment upgrades because of the size of the pool and it was all well worth it. The cement guy (can't remember his name!!) was outstanding as well and our concrete is super! We haven't finished our landscaping around the pool yet, but once we do we are going to purchase a hot tub and a fireplace from Wholesale HT. Overall, BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!

They did exactly what they said they would do, when they said they would do it every step of the way. It was so refreshing to see contractors actually show up on time, communicate what step they were completing that day and let me know when they would be back again. We had a few rain delays during construction, but they still finished on time since they have enough experience to know to figure rain days into their initial proposal. They even came back out to show me how to winterize the jets! Len Cofer - supervised the entire project and was available for questions anytime - they are coming out next spring to stain the rest of my concrete patio to match the pool surround. Overall great experience.

They were there within one day of calling. They quickly located and fixed the leak. Wholesale Hot Tubs were quick, professional, and courteous.

Wholesale Hot Tubs were friendly and a professional company. They are very fair and customer oriented. They were very responsive when we needed assistance very quickly.

Wholesale Hot Tubs was very responsive. Even though they seemed busy they were out within a week to start the job. The only complaint that I have is that they left my lawn a mess, partly due to rain. I had to do some landscaping.
