VETS SEPTIC PUMPING SERVICE

My father located it in a couple hours without any additional equipment. I called to schedule a cleaning and asked if they could apply any of the $150 we already paid to the cleaning since I was calling them back. They said they don't do that. I decided to take my business elsewhere. No incentive to use them again.

We asked Vets for a quote to pump the system and to get the trash lid installed correctly along with adding a riser to the trash tank so the lid would be above ground. Vets' quote for this was going to be a little over $900. We elected to call Foster's Septic for another quote. They responded immediately and we ended up using them instead. They replaced the aerator with a refurbished one (as they explained, one component of poor design on the CLEARWATER system aerator fails regularly, but can be rebuilt fairly cheaply and will usually last as long as a new aerator will). They also pumped the system (I'm not sure it was ever really totally pumped out the previous time by Vets since the sod where the trash cover was buried was never disturbed after they supposedly pumped the entire system last time), and they put a riser on the trash tank for us. Total cost was $615. Additionally, in a telephone discussion with the owner of Vets, we found him to be rather rude and too abrasive for us to choose to work with again.Bottomline: We chose not to use Vets Services and went a different company instead.

They were supposed to come out to our home to give us an estimate to replace our lateral lines. My husband took off work so that he could be there when they came out. 30 minutes after the appointed time we called to make sure they were still coming out. The office said they would contact the person coming out. Another hour went by and still no one came. We called again and got the same response. We called once more at 5:00, but no one answered. We were very disappointed in the fact that no one had the courtesy to even call us to tell us why the appointment was not going to be met. My husband lost a day's work due to Vet's unprofessional behavior. When you set up an appointment, you need to honor it or call to let your client know if something unexpected happened so they are not wasting their valuable time waiting for you to show up. An apology would have been nice.

The survey was like a free estimate where they have to come out and give you the bid for the job and everything. We are having them come out and put in a new septic system but the weather is horrible so that is going to have to wait for a couple of weeks until the weather clears. The thing that stands out about them is that you can get a same day service with them and a lot of the septic companies that I have called cannot get you booked for a couple of days. They are very responsive and very professional. They remember who you are and they know your address because we live out in the country. They are just great. The overall experience is good and they just take care of you. Their customer service is great. We would most definitely continue to use them in the future.

My experience with them was fine. They did a great job. They came out even though it was snowing, cold and wet. So I was pleased. The employees that worked in this company were very professional.

We called on Friday afternoon at around 3:30 p.m., once we realized our septic tank was full. Several other companies were unable or unwilling to come until Monday. Vets Septic Service told us they had a truck nearby and would call us with an estimated arrival time, once he had finished the current job. Lisa, from the office, called us periodically to keep us informed of his progress, and when we should expect him to get to our house. The truck arrived within a couple of hours of our first call. Joe, the tech, was professional and courteous and had everything taken care of in short order. This company came highly recommended by another septic company who was unable to come. They told us the people at Vets were and quot;good people.and quot; We heartily agree and would recommend them to others.

Pumped septic tank

We were in the midst of a building project and suddenly needed to have this service provided while the tank was uncovered. I called several companies, but none could come on such short notice. I was very happy to be able to get this company and they came, did their work very well, and were pleasant people to work with. I will use them the next time.

Employees were very friendly and arrived a little ahead of schedule. They were very quick and did a good job. I would use this company again and would recommend them to others.

I have used another company once before and they wanted to charge me extra for anything and everything they were willing to do besides the actual pumping out the tank and they charged the same amount to just pump out the tank that Vets charged me for everything they did. Vets was all about fixing the whole problem instead of just pumping out the tank. I would highly recommend them for your septic tank needs.

Vets Septic Services did a good job. They were very prompt and came at a time that worked best for me. They completed the job in a timely manner. There was few workers and they were all nice and professional.
