Description of Work: I ordered direct from Versalift in Oklahoma City. They were friendly and very helpful in determining which lift I needed. It was shipped in a reasonable time frame and arrived in good condition. | |It came in three boxes and was very well packaged. The instructions were very well written and easy to understand. I had the hole in the attic done by a professional and I assembled and installed myself. It hasn't been used a lot yet but has worked fine. | |I would recommend the unit.

Description of Work: This was not a service. It is a product that you have installed or DIY. That being said, the Versalift customer service was very helpful, and the product is just as it was advertised. Great attic lift, remote controlled, well finished and constructed.

Description of Work: They installed an elevator system in our garage so that we can put things in our Attica without having to climb a ladder carrying things. I really can't remember how much we paid so the figure is just a guess, but we are thrilled with all aspects of their job and the quality of the lift. I especially am thankful at the Holidays when accessing the Attick is so easy and safer now.

Description of Work: HARDWARE ONLY: |They provided an attic lift(elevator) to store items in the attic. I installed myself. Instructions were excellent . Any carpenter could install if customer was uneasy with installation. Switch went out; Versalift diagnosed on phone and provided replacement with again excellent directions.

Description of Work: The Versalift system is awesome! He have a 2 car garage with a large attic space above it. The lift works perfect to store items (lawn mower, snowblower, etc) during the offseason. Works exactly as portrayed on their website! Great product!

Description of Work: Bought this 2 or 3 years ago. Easy folks to deal with. Had it shipped from OKC to my home in TX. Local contractor installed it. Can't remember price as it was some time ago. Would recommend this product.

Description of Work: I was in process of home construction and wanted the unit for garage storage of boxed items that work well with the unit. I ordered it and so did my contractor on the same day by mistake. The company had me refuse delivery (it had already shipped they are so prompt) and for a nominal shipping charge it was turned around with a refund. The unit was installed professionally and has been perfect ever since. Make firm closure and minimal "rock" on the way up. I would purchase this unit again.

Description of Work: I ordered the Versalift System from provider. It was shipped immediately and arrived in great condition. System was installed by Acadiana Garage Doors and they did an outstanding job. I purchased the wireless Versalift and we love it. It is a great addition to our four car garage with an fairly large attic upstairs. It saves a tremendous amount of time lifting boxes and items to be stored in the attic.
