Description of Work: These folks pretty much do everything. They mow my lawn, service my sprinkler, and this year I had them clean out my landscaping, replace the mulch, as well as the lighting...did a great job. Their prices are hard to beat. I look forward to working with them in the future.

Description of Work: I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for this company to apple pre-emergent and fertilizer to my lawn. After several phone calls to arrange an application time I finally received a return call and scheduled a mutually convenient time for the application to be performed. They never showed up. Scheduled another visit, same result. When I called again I was told that they had decided not to service homes in my area. They did refund my money.

Description of Work: The price offered to spread pre-emulgent was good, however, because of the good price there was a delay of delivery because of the popularity of the price.

Description of Work: I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal Coupon for one time mowing, edging, and line trimming from TurfWorks LLC for $20.00 on March 4, 2012. I contacted the company by email on March 17 to set up the date of service. They did not reply, so a couple of days later I contacted them and left a phone message. They did not reply. I sent another email on April 11 indicating I realized they may have sold a lot of coupons and were backlogged, but I needed them to at least contact me to set the date for services, even if I had to wait awhile. Again no response. I emailed again on May 14 indicating that the company either needed to contact me to set up a service date or refund the $20.00 I paid for the Big Deal coupon. I still have not heard from this company. I do not know if the company has gone out of business, just has horrible business practices, or is actually scamming people. However it appears to me that my $20 is a loss. I think other Angie's List clients need to know to stay away from this company!

Description of Work: Lawn maintenance (mowing, edging, trimming, cleanup, etc.) In addition, scheduled flower bed clean-up and planting of spring flowers at a future date.

Description of Work: Used two Angie's list coupons for mowing, edging, and weed control. The mowing was well done, there was a little problem with the edging, as their crew did not move a rolled up hose and did not edge where it was, nor did they edge to remove a strip of grass growing in the sidewalk and into the driveway in front of a rose bed. I have not called to talk to them about this but understand that they have a guarantee, so I will revise this review once that's taken care of. About a week later, they came to do the weed control, also as planned. Updating: I called and let the lady know that there was a problem with the edging, and on their second visit they needed to do it right. I've downgraded my rating to a C because either the message did not get to the crew or the crew did not do the work, because they did exactly the same job as the first time out. They even left foot-tall grass on the driveway un-trimmed. I will not be using TurfWorks LLC again.

Description of Work: I contacted this company in January after seeing a Groupon for weed control. I checked them out on Angie's List so I thought I would give them a try. I called to get estimate on weed control, stump removal, seeding & landscaping they said they would call me back after guys had went by to measure/look etc. Days went by so I called & talked to Amanda she said no record of them coming by so she would check with them & call me back. Once again I did not hear so I called again & she said well they just looked on google earth so heres the price on weed control but I don't know about anything else. So I called again over weekend & left message stating I was going to hire someone else as I was tired of the run around. The owner called & said he was sorry & he didn't know why it was taking so long as they just are down the street. He gave me a price for stump removal & seeding I said I wanted that asap. On the next week I called & spoke with Amanda again & told her I was still interested in landscaping & she said she would have Bryan to call me & confirm time on Tues at 3 to come by. No one ever confirmed appt so I just assumed it was off but luckily I was home & he did show up & took pics & told he to give him a week to come up with design. 3 weeks went by & I called & he said he would have something at end of week for me to look at & it has been over a month & I have not seen these people, heard from them they will not return calls or emails. This company is horrible!!!!!

Description of Work: They were good when they finally got my yard sprayed. It just took 3 weeks for them to come out where they told me 2 weeks. Called for an estimate and took a week to get it. good job on work but takes forever to get anything from them.

Description of Work: Bryan Terry, the owner of TurfWorks is a true professional. After a very bad experience with another Landscaping company in town for snow removal, as the President of the HOA of our neighborhood, I retained TurfWorks for snow removal after a big snow on 2/9/2011. From the moment I first spoke to Mr. Terry, I knew it was going to be smooth sailing. The snow plows were here "EARLY," and did a perfect job clearing our streets. They also provided individual homeowners with very fine service in clearing driveways. I received one glowing email after nother about the great work they did. We are so impressed with this company and owner, that we will be considering sending our landscaping services out to bid next month to give them a shot at handling our neighborhood's landscaping needs. It is my understanding that they are a truly "full service" landscaping company, offering not only weekly mowing and such, but also fertilizing and spraying, which we have been contracting out to a second company because our current company is unable to handle both. Great job TurfWorks. We look forward to using your services again in the future and offer our highest of recommendations to Angie's List Customers in the Oklahoma City area.
