I just purchased an older home only to learn the automatic garage door opener did not work. I chose Tull Overhead Door to take a look at it. Jason was great to work with. He assessed the unit and discussed his findings with me before doing anything. The unit needed to be replaced. He was able to provide that service later the same day. Excellent job! Highly recommend.

I have been using Tull Overhead Door for over 25 years. They are a great company that has worked with my family even longer. Jason is the and quot;bestand quot; and will go above and beyond to take care of our needs. They have replaced both garage doors in the past few years and although our door openers were working fine (over 20 years old) I wanted the and quot;latest greatestand quot;. Jason found an opener that will do just about everything. It is internet/cell phone controlled and automatically closes if accidently left open; you can check on it anytime with your cell phone.

Called provider one day, provider came the very next day. Showed up on time, answered all my questions, took time just to visit, finished the job in about an hour. No charge for the service call, but did charge $125 labor for the job. But it was worth it to me, because it took me an entire day to install the old opener. Did not try to sell anything extra and gave tips on weather stripping the bottom of the door, and advised me to install a separate outlet for the opener. Using an extension cord would not pass a housing inspection if I were to sell the house. Did not rush me nor disrespect my age, qualities lacking in most services. And I'm only 60.

Service was great. He was prompt, very proffesional. I was very pleased with his service.

They did great work! We set up an appointment for the next day. They arrived on time, fixed the problem in two hours and best of all, it didn't cost an arm and a leg. The door has been working great since then - about six weeks back.

My old garage door opener was past its useful life. Jason (from Tull Overhead Door) was able to fix it temporarily a couple of times but, finally, he called the factory and they said that the unit was obsolete. Jason installed a new garage door opener. He is polite, punctual, knows his business and gets the job done. We're very satisfied

Excellent service and workmanship! Was so glad that I was referred to this company. He (Jason) saved me several hundred dollars because he was creative enough that he was able to repair by garage door, instead of me having to buy a new one. He went above and beyond by even trying to repair my door opener light that hadn't worked for years, and I didn't even ask him to do that. He serviced and oiled everything. And resecured what needed to be secured. When I called to schedule the appointment on the Wednesday the 23rd, was told he probably wouldn't be able to come till the next week. He came on Friday the 25th, which was a pleasant and welcome surprise. You could tell that he was a good hard worker that believed in earning his money, which seems to be getting harder to find these days. Thank you Jason and Tull Overhead Door!
