Description of Work: They came out and discovered why my hot water tank was not heating to an adequate temp. Slight adjustment needed and they did not charge for the trip. Who could complain about that?

Description of Work: Truell is hard to get a hold of but worth the wait. We needed a new gas line for an outdoor grill. I called two other plumbers, the first refused the job and the second couldn't come anywhere near Truell's price. No brainer.

+ -1 moreIn trying to replace a thermocouple on my hot water heater, I broke the connection to the gas valve. I purchased a new gas valve, but couldn't remove the old one myself. I called Truel's and they came out that same day and replaced the gas valve in under an hour. They called a few minutes before they arrived to tell me they'd be there in 10 minutes (which I love). When they arrived, they listened to me (which doesn't always happen), very quickly started to work, and were finished in under an hour. They were professional and respectful, but friendly. Truel did the work himself, with help from his son. I've already scheduled them to install a vent hood in my kitchen. Very good experience.
Description of Work: They replaced the gas valve (the box where the pilot light & gas knows are) on my hot water heater.

+ -1 moreIt happened on a Saturday night and I wasn't able to get a hold of Truel's Problem Solvers until Monday. Once I reached them they were out within two hours. They did a great job and everything is fine.
Description of Work: One of my toilets had a leak by the shut off valve and it had started to flood. Truel's Problem Solvers replaced that valve and I had him replace another one too.
